Teaching Personnel Anmeldelser

Teaching personnel is the first agency I have started to work for and thanks to Hope Rodriguez who gave me the opportunity to experience my abilities to work with children in schools. She has always given me places i am confident to go to and also the set days I told her that I am available for. I heard Teaching Personnel is a very good agency and now I am experiencing myself. I would also highly recommend them .

Teaching Personnel, are good company to work for, they are very supportive and helpful with any questions and answers when needed.
They also have given me a great opportunity to change my career and improve my self-esteem.

I would like to say great big thank you to Hope and Ben for everything you have done to improve me as a person.

Super efficient - hard-working team. Much appreciated!

I have had a great experience since starting with Teaching Personnel a few weeks ago! From signing up with Teaching Personnel to beginning work I have been supported by Hope Rodriguez, she has guided me through the process and answered any questions quickly and effectively.

The app used by Teaching Personnel allows me to quickly set my availability and change it as needed. It also shows all my previous and future bookings at schools as well as all my payslips and timesheets.

When I am set as available to work I usually get placed in a school within my area, this is especially important to me as I take public transport.

Teaching Personnel also communicates with well with the schools I have been placed in meaning I have had the opportunity to return to schools the next time they have needed supply, it is great to be able to return to a familiar place!

Overall I would highly recommend working with Teaching Personnel!

This company have provided me with great opportunities in local schools, and have kindly supported me with any issues/worries I had during the process of applying and throughout. My consultants have been outstandingly friendly, helpful, kind and patient, especially Hope who has been a godsend! I'm very grateful for all the work they've been able to find for me and now I'm just being presented with more and more opportunities! Thankyou!

I joined teaching personnel last year and ran into issue regarding a few details in order to join however the whole process was simple and easy thanks to Hope helping me out. She was patient and polite explaining what needs doing and whats to expect. And once i joined she found me schools to work in that would tailor to my needs. She understood what type of job i wanted and how far i'm willing to go. If any problem arise she was always on the phone with my sorting it out. Highly recomment joining teaching personnel if you want to get your foot in the education sector. Staff are friendly always there for whenever you need.

My teaching agent Ruby Britten has been unbelievable and she always goes above and beyond to find her teaching staff the right roles for them and is very accommodating in regards to flexibility regarding if and when you would like to work.

I have been working with Ruby for a number of years now and have always found her hard working, friendly, flexible, supportive and approachable and if you have any issues or problems she always follows it through from start to finish.
Ruby and Teaching Personnel provide the personal touch that a lot of other agencies don't provide in that they remember to send birthday and Christmas cards to their agency staff and in Ruby's case she gave her teaching agency staff a thank you card, a box of biscuits and some other treats.

If you want a teaching agency that values you, works hard to find you work, is flexible, friendly, supportive, honest, reliable and approachable then I would certainly recommend Ruby and the Teaching Personnel team.

I have been working for Teaching Personnel for eleven and a half years now since May 2014 and see myself continuing with them for the foreseeable future.

I’ve worked with teaching personnel for just under a year now and I wouldn’t want to work for a different agency! From day one Ellie has gone above and beyond finding me work daily and then went on to find me a permanent placement that I absolutely love. Thank you Ellie!

I came across teaching personnel from an advert posted on social media! The advert was advertised by Aaron! I got in touch via email, and from start to finish the process was smooth and stress-free thanks to his clear communication and friendly approach. Working with Aaron was an absolute pleasure! He was always supportive, responsive, and made everything feel effortless. I really appreciated how approachable and professional he was throughout.

I highly recommend using this service, especially as I have received a position through their aid

Jess from Teaching Personnel has been great during my transition into the TA world. She has been nothing but supportive and attentive. Any queries Jess has dealt with it promptly for me and it is very much appreciated.

Ellie from my Cardiff branch is great, she’s really helped me find work and I now have a permanent full time role at a lovely school. She regularly checks up on me which is lovely :)

I have worked with teaching personnel on and off for over three years. They have the most lovely staff who have always been so helpful. They have got me work with some amazing schools. Sometimes comms take a bit long and you do need to follow up - but overall would definitely recommend if looking for agency work.

I've had a great experience working with TP over the last 2.5 years I've been here. Not only is my role rewarding but it challenges me every day. We have great office culture and the opportunities to progress are clear from the minute you come in for an interview. Looking forward to see what the future holds!

Fantastic development opportunities, with clear pathways for progression and regular training that has supported my growth. TP's culture is one of the best parts — supportive, collaborative, and fun. I am surrounded by people who genuinely care and make coming to work enjoyable.

Going from a full time teaching role to teaching personnel was completely seamless. Aaron and Sophie gave me consistent work at fantastic schools.

The team are so helpful and genuinely care about your happiness and preferences.

I was registered with another agency before TP and made the jump very quickly!

TP are professional, empathetic and great at their jobs.

Thank you for giving a teacher a work life balance!
