Teaching Personnel Anmeldelser

Teaching Personnel has been a brilliant agency to work for. Friendly staff and always have been very helpful with any questions I have.Jade, my consultant is super . She has always found me the right jobs at the right times to suit my busy days. Jade you are a star! Thankyou for everything you have done to help me find just what I’m looking for ☺️

Unreliable, dishonest, no conscience.
Don't care about the teachers and families that teehey serve. I regret registering with this company. They pretend that they have a job for you and the job vaporises overnight.

Had a great experience during recruitment with Hope she was lovely and very supportive. Constantly keeping me updated with where my file was up to and the whole process. Couldn’t recommend her enough for her kindness and support/patience. 😊
Laura has also been really helpful in securing me my first place to work! Really great communication and just a lovely person to speak to! 😊

I wasn't really looking for agency work. But while in the process of casually applying for jobs, Parys from Teaching Personnel.com proactively found me via my CV and matched me with employment that included a better contract than what I'd been applying for.

The HR process with Parys from start to finish was supportive, professional and efficient. Any questions or misunderstandings that I had with regards to information required, logging into new websites, phone apps, onboarding, online training & the DBS process... ALL were met with same day intuitive responses from Parys providing first time, every time solutions. Making what can be quite a stressful process a breeze.
Thanks again Teaching Personnel and their staff and smooth HR systems for my new job. Especially Parys at Preston for her support.

Working with Teaching Personnel has been great. A very friendly team that take time to get to know you. Maisy has been very helpful, getting to understand the roles I was looking for. She was patient, supportive and made everything so easy.

I love working with teaching personnel as a mum to 6 children they understand and are always happy to help Jessica Robert’s is amazing at her job and has made my experience a 1000 times better she’s always got time for you and will help in any way she can.

My experience with teaching personal has been great as they have catered for my interest and work life Balance am currently working in a primary school which i have asked for.

Can’t thank teaching personnel enough, staff are lovely and organised.

I’ve been with the agency only a few months but have been hugely impressed by my recruitment consultant, Luke, who has gone the extra mile to make sure placements fit with my profile, proximity to postcode and KS preferences. Regular emails and positive communication with myself and the school have made my time with the agency a pleasure and I will definitely continue to register any available time as I have found the variety of placements (in a nursery over half term, which I really enjoyed too!) a real asset to my personal and professional portfolio. Keep up the great work, Luke and a huge thank you (and I must mention Ben too).

Alice Buckland has been very helpful and kind. The vetting process has been quite long and she’s communicated and been patient with me which has been extremely encouraging. Her communication has been lovely.

Hope and Olivia are the best people to work with at teaching personnel, they are kind and caring and they make sure you understand but overall the company itself is amazing and it’s a lovely company to work with.

I've been with Teaching Personnel for just over a year now, and it's been a truly rewarding experience working at a variety of schools. Sophie and Ellie have been incredible in finding me great opportunities and providing continuous support along the way. I've already recommended the agency to others.

Couldn't really have asked for more from the branch manager, Harry Ford, at Teaching Personnel. He understood exactly what kind of work I was looking for and best suited for me, and got me working in those places almost immediately. I love where I work now, and I wouldn't have found it without Teaching Personnel.

I have absolutely loved working for Teaching Personnel in Cardiff during my NQT year following university. The process of signing up was so easy thanks to the lovely Maisy who was always willing to help. Maisy always checks up on me and is super friendly! I couldn’t ask for anything more! I’d like to thank both Maisy and Sophie for helping me enjoy my first year as a teacher! 100% recommend this agency to other NQT’s and teachers who are looking to join an agency that is supportive and eager to find you work!

I’ve worked with Teaching Personnel for the past two years as a TA, and it’s been a great experience overall. They’ve always been supportive, easy to contact, and quick to reply on WhatsApp, which made everything run smoothly.

There were a few small hiccups here and there, but nothing that wasn’t quickly sorted. A big shoutout to Lloyd, who was my go-to for everything — always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond.

The only reason I’m moving on is because I’ve now got a permanent role at one of the schools I was placed in through Teaching Personnel. I’m really grateful for all their help and would definitely recommend them!

I have recently joined Teaching Personnel for TA support roles. I have no school experience (a completely different career previously). The whole application process has been smooth and thoroughly explained. Millie in the Cardiff branch has been so supportive and enthusiastic about my transferable skills that I am hopeful and excited for some new work opportunities.

I didn’t work with Teaching Personnel for long but I found them really great to deal with. The app makes booking and managing work easy and Hope was super supportive, reassuring and fast to respond to any of my questions. Work was slow to come in but I was told this was because it was the start of the year so it would have picked up if I’d have stayed longer.

I have been working this year since March. I have had work regularly with the same school absolutely amazing generous pay and you get training too. You can do online. I am loving working for this company. Teaching Personal has been really good with me and have given me Work and always responded very fast.

Maisy from Teaching Personnel has been fantastic from the very beginning. Her communication has been almost instant, and she’s consistently found me relevant work while being very accommodating. Everyone I’ve spoken to over the phone has been friendly, professional, and helpful. I couldn’t recommend Teaching Personnel highly enough.

I have worked with Teaching Personnel for many years and have worked with some excellent consultants. This is a great company which is very effective at what it does. Ruby Britten in the Thames Valley Branch deserves special mention as a true example of an excellent consultant who makes it a delight to work with Teaching Personnel.
