Teaching Personnel Anmeldelser

I have worked for teaching personnel for 2.5 years and they have been an absolutely brilliant company to work for. All staff I have spoken with have been professional, enthusiastic and always happy to help.

Lottie from the Cardiff branch has been especially supportive in securing me long term supply in schools that are reliable and value supply staff. She is also always friendly, understanding and highly responsive to any queries you may have. I’d highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable supply work.

Lottie has been nothing but proactive and helpful in finding me a role! From the initial enquiry of switching to teaching personnel to being able to start within a week and a half (due to Lottie’s determination and dedication to both me and her school), I have nothing but great things to say about her! Not to mention how understanding she is and always has a positive and friendly approach to candidates, making you feel welcome and looked after.

The organisation and they way of booking and receiving pay is the most accessible I’ve found any agency to be: the app is easy to use with booking information, payslips/time sheet trackers, and a calendar!

Rachel Nichols has been fantastic the last few weeks and always has staff available to fill any needs we may have.

I am a second year uni student and my experience so far through the recruitment process and starting to receive work has been great. I have been in contact with Millie (Cardiff) and she has been absolutely fantastic, she really listened and took on board what I was looking for and has checked in on me after my first shift to see how it went!
The onboarding process was good, easy to follow and although there was a bit of an issue with my dbs initially that was resolved as soon as possible. This is my first job and I am glad that I chose this company. I look forward to working with them more!

I received a voice mail from Teaching Personnel and honestly, I was shocked. Why are they using people with such a strong accent ( sounded like a scam call from a certain country) that you can’t even understand the message? This is a professional field where clarity is essential, yet the communication was completely unclear. It makes no sense to have a sleek, polished website and then use recruiters who are impossible to understand. The whole experience felt unprofessional and has seriously damaged my confidence in the agency

I really recommend going through teaching personnel they are very supportive and encouraging you to push yourself further.

I had such a great experience with them!

I’ve had a great experience with this teaching assistant agency. They were incredibly helpful in getting me into work as quickly as possible, and the whole process felt smooth and well-organised. A special thank you to Cedrick Matondo, who has been a huge help throughout—always supportive, professional, and quick to respond. I really appreciate the effort he put into finding the right placement for me. Highly recommend!

The agency and especially Kerri Davies, was highly supportive in finding a new role which suited my preferences. Kerri's friendly and professional approach gave me a great confidence which let me hit the ground running in my job! She never lost sight of the human factor and her warm appeoach and positive communications was exemplary. I am very happy to be a member of this educational agency.

I’ve worked with teaching personnel before as a TA and after finishing my PGCE came back to work as a supply teacher. Jess Dunne has been brilliant, really lovely and has been very helpful.

Teaching Personnel
Jordan was professional and polite throughout. Thank you for the opportunity at a local SEN school, take it easy.

Olivia has been amazing in securing me a place to work. She’s friendly and always available if I have any questions, going above and beyond!

I haven’t as of yet started work yet as my documents were all over the place, but Hope was patient with me, called up every other day, emailed as soon as she could back and wanted me to get ready for work which I am now ready for work so the 5* is for Hope x

I have worked with Teaching Personnel for 7 years over that time all consultants have always been very friendly and professional, they have always kept me updated on suitable positions and agreeable to accommodate my only wanting part time working.
The consultants have always followed up on any placement to enquire how it is going and offer support if there are any issues which is very reassuring.
Will in Sheffield has been very pleasant, helpful and supportive and has kept me updated by email and phone as to what is available for me, it is a pleasure to be in contact with him, thank you Will.
Would recommend

Teaching personnel have been a very good agency in helping me find work. Jess is always on hand to help me with anything I need and always takes time to check in on how I’m doing, ensuring a personal and caring experience

Himaya has been nothing short of exceptional. Incredibly friendly, effective communication, with a smile on her face at all times.

I have been with Teaching Personnel for just over a year. Jess is great at finding me both permanent and daily work. She communicates well, always has the information you need in advance, is super easy and friendly to speak to, and is always available to answer any questions which are always responded to very quickly.

Having an amazing experience with TP.. Jess always works hard to find me jobs she’s very approachable and is always available to speak to. I haven’t been with TP long but have been given so many job opportunities.

They’ve been really easy to work for and so supportive. The Preston branch have made everything really smooth, the app is easy to use and everything is in one place. I’ve been busy with bookings and have lots of phone calls offering long term work. Really friendly team and they make such an effort to get to know you and take your needs in to consideration, Adam has been really helpful in making sure I am busy and looked after.

I’ve had a really positive experience with this teaching personnel for the past 3 years now. They always find schools that suit me, and they genuinely listen to what I’m comfortable with. Whenever I’m unavailable, they’re completely understanding and never make me feel pressured. Their communication is clear, they’re flexible with my schedule, and they’ve been consistent from day one. I really appreciate how easy they make everything highly recommended.

My experience with teaching personnel has been so great, I have had a lot of support from Millie Crocker throughout the interview process to the start date of being a Teaching assistant. The replies from her were fast and very responsive which helped again due to some information needed. It couldn’t have been as smooth the transition of being employed with teaching personnel and there has been other staff that have checked in by calling or by text such as Matt which has been very kind and thoughtful. Teaching personnel has been very understanding of home situations aswell and been supporting me through it making it a lot easier. Thank you both Millie and Matt.
