Agency didn’t pay me on time. I have to wait a week for my wages, DO NOT WORK FOR THEM if you want to be paid on time!

Discusting racist company wasted my time putting up a front asking me to come in for an interview and how they have so many opportunities for me and how I'm perfect for the role T.A, later in email asking for 4 references, when in person asked for only 2. Even though I already had 2 professional references on my CV already. They was aware that I have worked in education before and have plenty of transferable experience.

Luckily I seen right through the lies sending me wrong links to apply for a Dbs when I already had a valid Dbs to work with children and adults,
funny how he didn't say anything before the interview as I sent everything online beforehand.
They have scanned all my iD my Passport, Birth certificate, National Insurance Number, And all my certificates just to mess me around. And I feel violated.

They wouldn't disclose what is the pay like, I should of checked the reviews beforehand, now I understand they underpay the workers hence why they don't want to discuss pay.

Real reason behind it all is that they didn't like what they had seen, I had my hijab on and I'm a Muslim and because of that they didn't want to offer me any job opportunities, so they decided to waste my time instead and keep on making excuses.

They tried to affect my self belief, Thank God I had a lucky escape.

Interview with Joseph Wragg @Sheffield branch teaching personnel.

And Yes I have made an official complaint and I know it changes nothing but atleast I'm Warning others.
Complete waste of my time and effort.

Exceptional Support from Teaching Personnel agency.

I want to take a moment to share my Experience from Teaching Personnel Agency. The incredible support I’ve received from them, especially Grace, the branch manager, who was my recruitment consultant from the very beginning. The team has been professional, efficient, and genuinely invested in my success.

Grace, in particular, has been outstanding. She is not only kind and approachable but also incredibly attentive to my needs. Whether it’s checking in to see how I’m doing, offering guidance, or ensuring I’m placed in roles that suit my skills, she always goes above and beyond. Her support makes a real difference, and I always feel valued and well looked after.

The agency as a whole is fantastic—communication is clear, opportunities are well-matched, and any concerns are handled quickly and professionally. Working with Teaching Personnel has been a smooth and positive experience, thanks to their dedicated and caring staff.

I highly recommend Teaching Personnel, especially under Grace’s leadership. If you’re looking for an agency that truly supports you, this is the one!

whole week no job no call!

I have worked with this agency, and while they do offer opportunities, I have found their communication and commitment to be disappointing. I received confirmation for a booking, only for it to be cancelled on the morning of the job. By the time I was informed, I was already on my way to the school, resulting in wasted time and travel expenses.

Additionally, their pay rates are lower compared to similar agencies, and the work is not always stable. I previously had more consistent bookings elsewhere and only joined this agency as an additional option. Unfortunately, the frequent last-minute cancellations make it unreliable as a main source of work.

If you are considering working with this agency, be aware that confirmed bookings may not always be guaranteed. I would recommend keeping other options open. I hope the agency improves its communication and takes more responsibility for its commitments.

A supportive and caring agency that shows selfless concern for the welfare of their clients.

Absolutely disgusting company that put on a friendly front, pay waay below the rate of anyone else, they wont ever raise your pay ontop of that they will give you good feedback one day and next day follow up with how you’ve been let go. The first chance i got i ditched the company only to find out when i joined the new one i had been getting paid 20/30% lower than the going rates at TP. Id avoid at all costs going here as they will genuinely send you anywhere and everywhere, the last straw for me was when they tried sending me 50 miles away for a whole term without covering any costs or raising any rates!! Stay well clear of them at any cost!!!

Awful to get hold of, the tutor arrived and didn't know what she was supposed to be teaching.

I had no issues at all with Teaching Personnel. They got me a job very quickly (in a great school), they were sensitive to my job needs, and I had no payment problems. Overall the experience was suprisingly painless (I have had some bad experiences with certain agencies), and my agent, Parys Keen, was extremely nice, highly efficient and the consummate professional. Try Teaching Personnel, you won't regret it!

I just want to thank Ben Stephenson for the incredible support I received. He took his time to understand my job search needs and preferences, making the process so simple. He was willing to adjust his approach to ensure that I was comfortable and accommodated to all my needs. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for assistance in their job search. I also want to thank teacher personal and im excited to be part of such a great organisation and look forward to working with them.

I have been working with Teaching Personnel over 5 years. I have had a very smooth journey with them. They have always been very professional and understanding of my personal and professional needs. The last two years have been especially good as my consultant (Holly Spackman) is super kind and supportive.

This is my third academic year with Teaching Personnel, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their amazing support in finding me work.

Alexandra been an exceptional mentor, consistently assigning me roles that fit perfectly around my family life. She is always helpful, a great listener, and resolves any queries I have with ease.

Thank you, Alexandra for being truly outstanding, and a big thank you to Sahra and the rest of the team for all your support.

Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. I’m excited to see what 2025 will bring!

I have had a great experience and very much enjoyed working with Teaching Personnel. I have worked with the West london primary branch and they have all been very helpful, friendly, polite and approachable. Holly and Surtej have been especially helpful in working hard to find me suitable schools in the right location. I can honestly say it is the best teaching agency that ive worked with.

I worked with TP for a few months before moving to New Zealand as a new graduate teacher. Karl and the team were excellent and prompt communicators, very well organised and were highly professional throughout. They took my location and experience into consideration when placing me in schools, even for on-the-day calls, and provided support when I needed it. I really enjoyed my time working for them and would strongly recommend them to any potential supply teachers.

Have been with TP for many years now, initially as a supply teacher and more recently a tutor. They have always endeavoured to find me a role to fit my requirements, have been readily available to sort out any issues and have always been friendly, professional and efficient. Competitive rates of pay too. Special thanks to Mark (Business Manager at North East branch) for most recently finding and offering me my perfect role as a part time Maths tutor in a lovely school local to me. Would highly recommend.

I worked as a supply teacher with TP for almost 6 years. They were always extremely professional and I was never short of work. They were compassionate and understanding if ever I had any grievances. Jack McCormick at the Southampton branch was who I dealt with and he was always friendly and professional and went out of his way to make sure things went smoothly for me!

My experience of working with Teaching personnel has be great thanks, to Katie Wilson who has been so supportive in helping me grow in my job role.

Rorezi from Darwen.

I had an excellent experience Teaching Personnel, thanks to their outstanding onboarding process. Special thanks to Lauren Weldon, my consultant, who provided exceptional care and thoroughly explained the entire process. Lauren was incredibly efficient in answering my queries and ensured everything went smoothly.

I’m also grateful to Lauren and Ryan for helping me secure a role that I genuinely enjoy and even had the chance to trial beforehand. Their team offers top-notch customer service, taking the time to match opportunities to what individuals are truly seeking. I highly recommend their services!

Great people to work with. They know their onions, they are consistent and always have jobs that gives good exposure . I have worked with Danielle as my main anchor and she 's been amazing. Shes very polite and always available to answer queries. Teaching personnel is very consistent and state the tasks ahead ,that way I am able to plan for the week , that is very important to me, they have been able to meet that need.
