Teacher Horizons Anmeldelser

Supportive staff with a genuine desire to help both individuals and schools.

Very open, honest, and always happy to help (sometimes even over the weekend).

I’d recommend them highly.

I found it easy and fast to submit applications. There is support from advisers who reach out to understand your interests, which allows for further personalisation of the roles you receive.

Lots of follow up, useful website, contact with human beings, effort to ensure a good fit between candidates and school

I had an excellent experience working with Sophie Peters from Teacher Horizons. She was professional, friendly, and took the time to understand my needs both as an international teacher and as a single parent relocating with my daughter. Sophie was proactive in identifying suitable positions aligned with my Year 1–2 experience and provided excellent support with interview preparation and the application process. The process moved quickly and smoothly, with clear guidance at every step. I highly recommend Sophie for her knowledge, approachability, and expertise in international teacher placement.

Teacher Horizons gave all the support that I needed and helped me through all the interview process with the international school. Laura and Maggie are outstanding professionals! Thanks to them I got an amazing job in an incredible place! I really recommend them!

After my experience with Teacher Horizons I have nothing but praise. I was seeking a new position in Asia or Europe and was provided with continuous updates on available positions. The interview with the adviser was in depth and friendly and this was backed up with excellent communication, support and advice. Overall an outstanding platform for those seeking an international position.

Teacher Horizons provided great support throughout my job search, offering clear guidance, timely communication, and well-matched opportunities aligned with my experience and career goals. The platform made the recruitment process transparent and manageable.
My consultant was particularly supportive, professional, responsive, and thoughtful in their advice at each stage, from shortlisting to contract discussions. Their insight into schools and recruitment timelines was invaluable and helped me navigate decisions with confidence.
I would highly recommend Teacher Horizons to educators seeking international teaching roles.

There is a variety of posts in the website
The best aspect is you get paired with an advisor who will give you an interview to help them see which roles are a good fit
On the website you have an overview of possible savings, info about the area the school is in and much more

Although I have only used the free version, I cannot determine if the platform was genuinely useful. After several years it did not really serve my purposes but the main issue is the lack of transparency around naming the school AND providing clarity about remuneration.

In principle, the refer a friend concept is sound but it is complicated and requires setting up additional and unwanted online means to collect the incentive. Overall, the site has improved a lot over recent years and is almost bug free but one major drawback is that you cannot see what referees have said about you.

This is deeply disturbing because they could say anything and you would never know. You just have to hope that the reference is true, accurate and trust the system. I believe we should have the option, like any written referral - to deploy it or not - according to things like the role, the school and with consideration for the content of the reference. We have no idea how long it is (10 words?) or what it contains. This MUST change.

Ben Henry provided great support in helping me find my new role.

I had a very positive experience using Teacher Horizons, and I would highly recommend them to any educator seeking international opportunities.

My international advisor, Ben Henry, was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. He provided vital and timely information regarding the positions I applied for, which was essential in helping me determine whether a school would be a good fit for both my son and myself. His guidance and honest insights made a significant difference in my decision-making.

Ben’s recommendations also played an important role in securing interviews, as well as keeping me informed about whether positions had already been filled. This transparency and consistent communication made the process far less stressful and much more efficient.

Overall, Teacher Horizons made the application process seamless and easy to navigate. The personalised support, clear communication, and genuine care shown throughout truly stood out.

Thank you to Ben Henry and the Teacher Horizons team for your outstanding support and I am extremely grateful.

Teacher Horizons was instrumental in helping me secure my first international teaching position in Macau/China. Over six months (July-December 2025), the platform provided excellent opportunities that helped me understand and prepare for the international market.
Special thanks to my advisor, Katy, who was always helpful, committed, and positive about my prospects. Her responsiveness, expertise, and genuine care made all the difference. She didn't just help me find a job -- she supported me through a significant life transition with professionalism and warmth!
Highly recommend Teacher Horizons for anyone seeking international teaching opportunities!

The Owner could note pay salaries on. Made staff work under illegal visas. It is not a licenced school rathera cram school pretending to be a school.

Teacher Horizons was incredibly helpful in my experience applying for jobs. After meeting with my agent (Katy), she was immediately able to provide guidance on appropriate vacancies and set me up with a school that shares my values. After that the process of getting interview was incredibly smooth and I had my agent to provide guidance along the way. I 100% recommend them.

I really appreciated my interactions with Joan and Tom while working on my CV.

I believe TH has great potential and is very supportive of us as job seekers, rather than focusing only on the employer’s side.

I got a job in an international school thanks to Teacher Horizons. After registering and uploading various information I had an interview with Alison. The experience was very informative and friendly. After this the application process was quick and simple.

Teacher Horizons was recommended to me. The team was incredibly supportive and helpful when I decided to look for my first international job. Olivia and Maggie answered all my questions and gave me clear guidelines on how to ensure my profile had all that was needed to help me attract job offers. Maggie emailed several times to offer support and clarity when I was going through the interview process. I am very glad that I found my first overseas post through Teacher Horizons and I look forward to being part of their growing community.

I worked with Jo and Alison, they got me several interviews for great schools in Asia. Their support and interview tips were so helpful in finding the right role for me. I found a role independently, but would recommend working with them and hope to speak to them again in the future!

What made my experience great was the high level of professionalism and guidance provided which genuinely separates Teacher Horizons from other organizations. They offer personalized service as well as professional advisers who help you through the process. I have worked with them for my (2) international positions and have been pleased through the entire process. My advisor Tom, is amazing and extremely knowledgeable about the international teaching community.

Excellent professionalism and swift communication with advisors. Very well-organized and navigable platform makes applying for endorsed positions a breeze. Advisors always follow up with a wealth of information about the positions you have applied to.
