Every-time i go into TC Harrison Burton on trent with the sales team I'm treated with respect Andy Wilson has been thorough and always takes time to go through everything nothing is to much trouble even when i drive away he always reassures me and says always here if you need anything all the staff are also good but Andy stands out .There is one of the team on the front desk when you walk into the show room was very abrupt and rude and always is but unsure of his name but as the first person you see when you walk in is a bit off putting (he is an older one dark hair and tall always sits on the first chair near the door as you walk in) ive had a few times when he answers me his customer care isnt good at all
Other than that as i say Andy Wilson is so polite and a true gentleman Stefan also treats you with respect and also the gentleman that does the signing of the paperwork

Hi dealt with George at the burton branch he sorted everything was a pleasure too dwal with ,Kieran was helpful too very experianced ,nothing was too much trouble ,well done guys

After being pleased to be told that the battery had been charged, I took it back because the start/stop wasn't working, and I am disappointed to find out that it needs a new battery.
The air conditioning is also not working.
These are features that dealers should make sure to fix before advertising.

David Groves TCH sales rep really did an excellent job of arranging test drive and explaining the Puma Gen E to me and also the added benefits ie Free Home Charger and 10000 miles free charge through Octopus Energy. Also the Govnt Grant. All this makes it a great time to buy Electric Puma and I was most impressed with how good it was to drive

Some confusion over contract delay in vehicle exchange hence paid instalment on new car and on old one I appreciate that a refund will follow but it leaves me £600 down in my account.

Brilliant service by the sales assistant, Fatima Begum. Really knew her stuff about the car I liked. Helped me with all the information I needed to buy the car. Just made it so easy. Did have to bring the car back for a battery fault. But that was also very easy to do.

As previously your salesman Ben was really helpful and supportive when purchasing our second car from yourselves, however the only down side was the fact that although we were informed that the Ford Puma was the same width as our previous car a Ford Fiesta this was not the case and as a result we were unable to garage the Puma which we had done previously with the Fiesta

Great advice, relaxed sales person with a genuine interest in finding a suitable second hand car for me.
Ben and the sales team were reassuring and helpful meeting my needs and wants and I have a terrific car that I am so very pleased with. The process was easy and the car was serviced and spotless almost like new, I know that I can rely on the garage and feel very assured with the Ford warranty. I spoke to Steve(Sales) and organised for my wife to view a car at TC Harrison(Spalding) this was all handled with ease. He was pleasant and answered all questions I could throw at him. I paid a deposit to hold the car until my wife could get there in a few days time to test drive the car. We went ahead and purchased the car, again, this was all very simple, with help from Tom(Finance).
The car was delivered a week later to home after they had valeted and treated the interior with Diamond Brite products. The rest of the product kit was in the back of the car in a material zip bag. In the next couple of hours one of the upholstery cans exploded and caused damage to the roof lining and steering wheel. I sent photos to Steve and explained what had happened. Steve and his manager, Shaun, called me to talk it through. They or I had never experienced something like this. They arranged to collect the car, repair the damage and replace the diamond brite product kit. Excellent service!! Thanks to the team for a great experience with the purchase and for resolving an issue which could have taken the shine off buying a new car.
I’d definitely purchase another car with them in the future.
