The relationship we have with Ford Derby and its sales person, Tony is beyond expectation.
Always meeting our needs, always helpful, patient, and made every handover so far going smooth. Looking forward doing business with him in the future.

Personal service from the beginning, everything explained during the process of buying a new vehicle, Martyn Hunt the sales representative made the process very smooth and was very knowledgeable in the whole process.

Staff and customer service are fantastic. Second car I have bought from this organisation.

Simon made the car buying experience simple, easy and informative. Customer care was at the forefront of the sale. All questions were answered quickly and in detail.

Chris at Peterborough was very helpful and informative, he sorted everything out for me and made buying a car very easy and stress free. I will definitely go back to TC Harrison in the future.

As usual with TCH Derby,(This is my third Puma) excellent service, fully explained all the options and I never, at any point, felt pressured to buy

Good deal on new Puma and part exchange of my vehicle. Car available to be seen at showroom. Large boot. Free charger, Helpful & friendly sales representative & team. Test drive was very useful for my wife.

Bought a used car off tony. Top bloke, didnt bother us at all left us to look around it at our own pace. Fantastic communication from him and tch as a whole. Collected the car with a slight scratch on the side but booked in for a polish saturday it wasn't a bother at all. Car was like new from when it first went in. No expense spared, by far the easiest car ive ever bought. Customer service is key there.

Excellent sales person.
Sales person was very helpful. We went with some information for cars at TC Harrison Derby, Tony showed us the cars. When we decided that the would like something different he went out of his way to try to find us something suitable. Great customer service

We dealt with Brian Cookson
He was informative and made spending money a pleasure
He gave us a lot of information and offered us some helpful insurance packages
Happy with purchase

Excellent service from Martyn; he’s a real treasure! I’m a repeat customer and have found Martyn to be friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank you very much

A brilliant experience with a knowledgeable, caring sales person. Adrian always goes above & beyond which is why our family always see him for our car needs.

Malcolm williams was brilliant again, made everything very easy.hand over for my new car.highly recomend.

Experience with T.C. Harrison 10/10 from start to finish. Thank you for your help Phil

All started good, seemed professional
Did a lot of research into particular car and due to mileage & age I thought I’d found the best deal.
Paid my deposit arranged to view/potentially buy (100 miles from my home)
1st hurdle - cherished number plate not sorted so had to wait for previous owner (who had traded this car in) to notify DVLA
2nd hurdle- got to garage went through everything viewed car, and then started to notice, a) marks like tar on paintwork, luckily these were wiped off by salesperson
Drivers seat disgusting full of stains
Carpets filthy, windows smeared, turns out no inside valet done.
Assistant manager offered to pay if I sorted my own valet
The full point check they say they do,,,,, part of it is that the tech side on screens is up to date,,,, nope, not done and out of date by 20 months
New tyre had been fitted but on screen the pressure of both front tyres was vastly different to recommended pressure.
Had an issue with what I originally thought was just squeaky breaks with being stood a week or so, it is now booked in with local Ford dealer to investigate
On Motoway car was pulling or vearing off track, this was due to tyre pressure which I later found out.
Reported all these issues via email and asked for phone call, assistant manager seemed flippant and not at all concerned he had let me drive away with unsafe tyre pressures, even heard him laugh before he hung up the phone!!!
Up to press no refund for my valet, and can’t believe garages charge £20 for 1/4 tank of fuel, £20,,, would you not just put fuel in as a gesture of thanks for spending thousands?
I personally wouldn’t give my business to this dealership in the future

When we went into the showroom to enquire about purchasing a car the sales assistant was very helpful and informative
without pushing for a sale.
When we ordered the new car it was delivered on time .
We would not hesitate to recommend TC Harrison(Peterborough) regarding the experience we had with them

Very professional yet relaxed atmosphere. No pressure but gave sound advice after listening to our needs. Very pleased with our purchase and would not hesitate to recommend TCH and all of the staff involved with our transaction
