New pods taste like crap. Thought I was going mad until released there different. Looking for another alternative. Was happy previously!!!

If Tassimo will continue to go the same way, they will bust. The products are getting worse and worse, the company loses trust of the loyal customers despite all the recent reviews on the company site have 5 stars. The whole marketing and product management teams have to be fired and replaced as they ignored all the negative feedback from loyal customers for past couple of years. The new versions of products are not drinkable, too sweet or tasteless, and the last change of all the packs of the pods to the same appearance is a madness, customers can’t anymore see what to use. Bye, Tassimo, enough is enough!

Phoned today to say I was having trouble with the water tank on my machine, I'm disabled and told Ian on customer service that I had a my way coffee machine first it broke so got a
Finesse Friendly – Black & ‘The Favourites’ Coffee Bundle which i was having trouble with, his reply was is it because your in a wheelchair.
I thought this was very disrespectful has I had told him I worked the my way ok , he then said it's probably a design fault. I asked to speak to a manager but was told NO it does not work that way. I have to wait for one to call me next week,
So we will wait

Courier did not rung the intercom and I only found out it was delivered when I got message that it was delivered. It was left downstairs in an unattended area and message says it was left in mail room which we don't have.
I AM A DISABLE PERSON AND NOW I HAVE TO ASK SOMEONE TO GO AND FETCH IT FOR ME.

Machine stopped working wasted two packs after troubleshooting called tassimo explained issue they then told me to call Bosch and they said no idea how long Repsir will take and the postage is my cost. Tracked this is £26. Poor customer service

I bought via Tesco, 3 packs of Tassimo Kenco Decaff coffee pods. I have used them for years. Now when I use them I get under a half of a cup of coffee. Eventually I got hold of a 'customer service' telephone number. HA
I explained my problem and he said on current batches of this product the barcode will only deliver 150ml of coffee and NOT the original amount. This is SIZE FLATION The price in Tesco is the same. Do they know of this rip off? The person I spoke to says that if I go onto Tassimo website and look under Nutrition That all is explained there. Something I am sure everybody does. On the packaging in store there is no indication
you are about to be ripped off. PS Anyone want to but a Tassimo coffee machine? I won't be using it any more.
Why 1 star because they don't do a zero rating

I used to love the mocha and bought loads of them, then they vanished. Yesterday I found some of your new and improved thin pods and they are terrible. Ive had one and it didnt really taste of coffee or chocolate, no more pods for me

This is unacceptable of a package.
Looks like it's been thrown into the van both ends. Kicked about the back of Amazon van. Dropped getting it out of the van and on my front door matt.
If any pods are damaged I will be InTouch and require replacements. I will not open packets until I use them, it will take awhile to get to the end of the box. When I purchased it said I could have a free packet of chocolate orange, when I selected it I was told that it wouldn't fit in box. You could have put another 10 packets in that box maybe more. Theer was so much room, packets were loose all the time, banging around. Had Tassimo been sensible, they would have been shipped in there original packaging, much safer. Also a smaller main box, easier to carry!!!!
Really angry about it, I pay a lot for coffee and for it to be treated like this is unacceptable !!!!!!!!!!!

What has happened to Tassimo, I used to love the Chai Latte, when you had 8 pods. They moved to 10 but it is like drinking sugar water, absolutely awful. Other drinks have gone the same! We threw the machine away (including 100 ‘s of unused pods) and purchased a Jura, great drinks and saved loads of money!

New pods absolute rubbish. All they produce is some form of tasteless coloured water. Will ditch my Tassimo machine and purchase an alternative. Bye Bye Tassimo.

I was a fan but the latest batch of Tassimo creamer is a huge disappointment - it doesn’t froth, tastes watery and is not a patch on the previous formulation. I won’t be bothering with it again and might even donate the machine to the charity shop.

As much as I like their coffee and understand it's quite expensive, this is an impossible company to deal with. Cancelling a subscription is incredibly hard. I eventually got a response, which seemed like they had picked up my request, only to find the subscription still showing on my account. There is no option to cancel on their website, even though they told me there was. I now need to keep checking my bank account to make sure nothing has been taken for the supposedly cancelled subscription. This is a totally unnecessary inconvenience. If I was a cynic, I might suggest that it is deliberately made hard to stop cancellations.

Really angry. Been using Tassimo Kenco decaf Americano for years. Suddenly size of coffee got smaller although still described as L. Phoned Tassimo as I assumed I had a faulty batch to be informed that they had reduced the size from 210ml to 150ml without saying anything. The end. Time to research other brands as this is too small .

Got a machine. Used it a dozen times. No longer works. Followed all troubleshooting. Nothing. No way of contacting them on their website for troubleshooting, even when you click the 'contact customer service' on troubleshooting page. So no idea how to get a refund. Only had it since May. First of August I've got 100 pods and nothing to do with them. Won't buy another. They're not even cheap.

What's happened to the Jacobs Latte Macchiato ? Used for years, now the "cream" is like watery milk and the coffee is bitter ! Just cancelled my subscription , probably have to change to a different coffee machine manufacturer , can not drink the current watery coffee from Tassimo!

Pods dispense about a quarter of a small mug of drink so emailed customer service and they just got back to me with an ai generated response, use nespresso instead

I had a Dolche Gusto machine which was amazing until it broke. I thought I'd try Tassimo. What a mistake. The coffee is bland and that's being kind. Just tastes like hot water. I like full bodied coffee with a slight hint of caramel. I've tried most of the coffees in their range and they are awful. You also only get half a cup. If you try to override it and keep the water flowing you get dish water. I'm sick of it already and I've only had it 3 weeks. Spent a fortune on pods which taste awful. Dreadful machine and pods very disappointed. Also the tank is so small you can't even get 2 fullcups out of it.

You get good value and delivers very quickly

Have nothing to do with this company. Ordered and paid promptly for a coffee machine and pods. Arrived damaged and contacted them immediately to inform them of damage. They refunded me only for machine and not the pods! I can only return what I received. Theives and hustlers nothing short! The agent I spoke to was supposed to have noted all the details but if nobody going to bother to read and just steal my money it sounds like the scam it is!!!

I ordered a coffee machine. It was delivered by Amazon shipping and against all my delivery preferences, it was left outside on my works car park, overnight on a Saturday evening. I could not get there to pick it up until Sunday morning when it was - not surprisingly - missing! It was left out in full view of passers by and in the rain to boot. I have emailed Tassimo numerous times and tried to ring, but could not get through. So now I do not have a coffee machine and am £50.00 out of pocket!
