From start to finish 5 stars, as soon as I walked into the show room I was made to feel welcome, very professional but with a personal touch. Can highly recommend Mini and their service team looked after my mini. The valet made my car look like it had just come out of the showroom.

Quoted guide price at £249 however my efforts had been ignored and extras were added that brought the price up to £409 by which time I was at the garage. My advice - don’t bother advance booking in as they won’t read it.

would like to thank Ollie and all the staff at BMW Sytner Oldbury. I booked my car in for a starter battery replacement, and Ollie went through everything with me. He showed me a video of my car, explaining all the checks that had been carried out and highlighting any repairs that might be needed. The video was sent to my phone by text, which was a great touch.
They also washed and valeted my car, and it looked fantastic when I collected it.
I would like to thank Ollie and all the staff at BMW Sytner Oldbury for the excellent service they provided. They did a great job on my car, and I really appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail.

Level of service
This is the third time i've used this branch of BMW and each time the level of service has been exceptional.Service advisor Reece Maynard and his colleague who sits adjacent to him have on each occasion endeavoured to make sure i wasn't speending money needlessly which is a refreshing change and kept me well informed when my car was been worked on.
