Really good experience
Really good experience , the car did have to go in 3 times for the same fault , but the service manager Steve was excellent and the repair was done under warranty quickly with no issues .
A courtesy suitcase and a few freebies were also thrown in , very much appreciated 👍🏻

I was stranded 200.miles from home. My vehicle was repaired straight away and I was able to collect it 3 days later
The staff member who received and dealt with my car was Steve Worton. And he went above and beyond my expectations and gave a service that I have not received in other sytner garages that I have used
Having collected my vehicle and returned home. I had a query on the invoice that I would like clarified. Unfortunately I have phoned on a number of occasions left messages and spoken to reception team. I am unable to speak with anyone about the invoice so I am not happy with follow up after u have paid the invoice.

Sytners Oldbury have always been my go…
Sytners Oldbury have always been my go to for looking after my B M W. We have taken our cars there for well over 25 years and travel 45 minutes each way (if the traffic is good) for the service the car deserves. My only complaint is the booking in procedure which seems to have all changed.It would be nice to speak to a human being rather then a machine. Trying to use the app was also not successful and we gave up after five attempts .

First time service
Easy to book the service for my Mini online. Texts sent to remind me of my appointment time. Complimentary valeting service provided and plenty of tea and coffee available whilst I was waiting for my car to be completed. Video of the safety check sent for me to see what was happening. One niggle - oil light came on as I was driving home and I had to return to get it sorted out.

My experience with BMW has been up and down over the years, but my most recent visit completely changed that.
Yesterday, I dropped my car off for a recall, and my service advisor, Reece, was outstanding from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the day via WhatsApp, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
When I returned today to collect my car, Reece surprised me with a BMW suitcase filled with a few thoughtful gifts. It was a really nice touch and showed how much he values his customers.
I highly recommend dealing with Reece if you get the chance. He’s friendly, professional, communicative, and genuinely goes the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. A real credit to BMW.

My whole experience with Mini Oldbury was a good one because of Ibrahim Iqbal. He took time and effort to ensure my experience was a good one. I was not a happy customer at the outset but I left the Dealership feeling valued as a customer solely by Ibrahim's professional, courteous, efficient manner. He ensured I was completely happy when I left his office and I promised I would give feedback on his excellent skills as a Service Advisor and how he handled all the concerns I had. After a couple of bad experiences at Sytner Wolverhampton, I’ve been using the Oldbury branch, it’s been great and has restored my confidence in BMW dealerships. Ed was fantastic when dealing with a safety recall on my car, kept me updated throughout the day, and ensured a courtesy car was available to minimise disruption.
