Hannah Quigley has taken over a few weeks ago now and is fantastic with Molly. Molly loves going to her lesson with Hannah and has improved again in last few weeks. She always tries her best to accommodate us should we need to move time slots.

Great experience! The coach mr Ching is supportive and clear, and I feel much more comfortable in the water now.

I feel very scammed by this company. I made an enquiry about swimming lessons for my twins, and was bombarded with texts and calls from several different members. When I spoke to one (L, let's call him), he was very slippery about packages and costs but I said I needed a price to decide whether to book and managed to pin him to £45 for a taster lesson for the twins and £50/lesson for them for 6 lessons going forward. He even emphasised that was their price for 2 to 1 lessons. He wouldn't put anything in writing though, despite me asking over text and on the phone to have a written quote. I told him that was the top of our budget so I would consider it with my partner.

We decided to go ahead and then there was more dodgy scam-feeling vibes as I struggled to get hold of yet another staff member to book. I went over prices again with her and made the booking - she only let me book the taster and said someone would be in touch for me to book the real lessons after the taster. This should have rung alarm bells.

The lesson was really well taught, the teacher was amazing, and unfortunately I might have been a bit too effusive with my praise because the next thing I knew the 'area manager' had called me with a whole new set of prices, quoting £60 instead of £50 a lesson. He was absolutely insistent that this was their prices and kept dodging my questions when I asked if they had changed since I spoke to his colleague. He just kept repeating that these were their prices. I feel as if luring me in with the taster and the verbal quote and then whacking up the prices when you really book is part of their MO. It leaves a really nasty taste in the mouth. I would like my children to work with the brilliant teacher they contracted but I feel very scammed by the whole thing. Approach with caution.

Hi! I trusted swim now to help me prepare for a swim test, my instructor Liam was fantastic, and helped me conquer my fear of the water and prepared me for success! Thanks to him and his lessons (which I had for around two months! I managed to pass my swim test and get one step closer to joining conquering the seas!

Jasmin was a fantastic teacher. She talked me through lots of tips to improve my technique and tailored the lesson to my needs. She has a friendly and relaxed manner which puts you at ease and enable you to achieve your best.

Level and content of lessons just right, instructor (Alice) very patient and knowledgeable. Flexibility in booking day and time of lessons.

Booked 6 x 1 hour lessons with Jas at the Hilton in Cardiff. Basically started from 0 as hadn’t been swimming since I was young and was not confident at all. By the end of the lessons I learnt the basics, front crawl/backstroke/breaststroke to a good standard and was comfortable in the water. Jas was very knowledgable and a great teacher overall.

I joined swim now Sheffield 13 week ago, I had no swim experience at all and didn't like idea of a group session so opted to take one on one, which is how I ended up finding swim now. I did 30 mins once a week and by the end of this 13 week I was able to swim on back, float, be comfortable under water and able to swim on front as well. Whilst I still have a way to go to perfect the swim strokes without swim now I wouldn't be at a level I am today where I can actually swim. I wanted to thank Danny, he has been a brilliant instructor and is a credit to the company and it's his skills and positive feedback that have enabled me to achieve my life long goal to swim.

I paid a £50 deposit for a lesson on 20 August. Almost a month later I've not had the lesson scheduled and I was told to keep waiting. This company operates like a scam. Dragging customers along with promises of a lesson but delivers on nothing. They'll "be in touch when a slot becomes available " - total scam. So you can easily never ever get a lesson.

UPDATE: I WAITED A FULL 8 WEEKS AND STILL NO INTRO LESSON. EVEN AFTER THEY ASKED ME FOR UPDATED AVAILABILITY. I DEMAND A REFUND AND DONT BOTHER STRINGING ME ALONG WITH MORE PROMISES OF A LESSON "SOON".

At the age of 59 my fear of water is very bad, even being splashed would make me get out of the pool. I decided to have some lessons to surprise my family on holiday, by getting in the pool, at least with less fear and maybe swim a few strokes. With the help of my brilliant and lovely teacher Ella, I have managed to achieve my goal and now I have progressed to swimming without any aids over short distances. Also I can now cope with people splashing near me in the pool. Thankyou to Swim Now and especially Ella for helping me achieve my goal.

Had Danny as my swimming instructor, and had me swimming inside 6-7 lessons!!! Incredibly polite and helpful, and used creative methods to help tackle obstacles like head positioning in the water. Would highly recommend using Swim Now for your swimming lessons as they’ve been incredibly professional throughout

I needed to be able to swim in time for my Holiday which was 2 weeks away from the day I had my tester session. I went from zero knowledge of swimming to 15 meters of comfortable front crawl ~ I have to give credit to my swimming instructor Seth at the West Bromwich SwimNow leisure center! In a few days I’ll be able to enjoy the holiday pool with my friends but swimming this time! So excited

We had two instructors over the course of our time with Swim Now, Matt and Lizzie. They were fantastic and flexible with my daughters. Our youngest was only 2 when we started so I was allowed in to give extra support. The girl’s dont even know they are being taught and the teachers go with the flow with how they are feeling on the day. My oldest went from swimming with armbands to swimming underwater in 4 sessions. My youngest is gaining confidence every day. We will take our new skills and keep improving together. Thanks Swim Now!

Dominique is a great asset to the business. Although after my taster session for reasons I am not privy to the trainer left with immediate affect. Dominique offered me a refund (£570) or to wait for new trainer (this was their new Luton branch). I decided on a refund as the reason for the lessons were to travel in two months. Albeit I was becoming frustrated at the time the refund was taking and I didn’t get much pleasure in speaking to head office. In all of this Dominque was polite. Professional and always got back to me with positivity. That is customer service. Head office can learn from her. Thank you for sorting it all out for me. The five star is purely because of Dominique.

Absolute shambles of a company, avoid at all costs. They do not pick up the phone when you need to make a booking. By the time they got back to me University was over and I was unable to use the lessons, they are refusing to give me a refund even though I tried to use the lessons and they could not be bothered to pick up the phone

I contacted swim now and spoke to someone at length and explained that I was going on holiday and needed a one week crash course to polish up myself son’s swimming skills. I explained that I wanted all the 6 lessons in a week, that’s daily or an hour long instead od the 30 min sessions they offer. I paid the deposit and went for the taster lesson. After the taster lesson it was hard to reach them. And when I did reach them they informed me that no lessons were availabe and they couldn’t offer me the crash course all in a week. Of course my £45 deposit was not refunded because we had done the 20 min taster session.

I do recommend Swim Now. Tess is an excellent teacher to my three and six-year-old children. There has been a significant improvement since working with her in Burton.
