I had a problem with the birthday code and GemmaK sort it perfectly and efficiently. I love this brand and I need tot admit that every time I had some kind of problem the customer service helped me very quickly and efficiently. Also their Power leggings are the only ones I tried that don;t roll down or make me flee uncomfortable

The shorts that I bought last May have fallen apart at the seams in two places. I didn’t wear them all winter, so have probably been worn about 10-15 times… dreadful quality for £65 RRP. Customer services accepted no responsibility, and their tone was completely grating also. I’m still going to pursue a refund, but won’t be buying again. Gone completely downhill.

Ordered a pair of shorts online. £60 ia lot for shorts but I like their products. Ordered it click and collect so should have arrived in store in 3 working days. I got a shipping notification and then silence. 5 working days passed. Nothing. Emailed them. No response. Finally got through to their online chat. Order hasn't arrived in store so must be lost. Got a refund but zero apology and had had to chase all that down myself. I'll pay £60 for a pair of shorts if it comes with good customer service. This was very poor.

Loretta was really helpful in the Kildare village outlet store, she was really patient with me while I was trying to decide which leggings I wanted to buy!

Hopeless, don’t waste your time with this retailer. Been waiting for an order for over 2 weeks. No comms from them to give any eta.
I’ve tried contacting them but no response other than they’ll contact me in 3 days.
No option to speak to a person for any common sense just a hopeless chatbot that’s too busy to get hold of an ‘agent’. What a waste of time. I’ll not be placing further orders with them.

I ordered some clothing, but it was a size too large. Gemma was very helpful and generous in sorting out my reorder.

I had to contact customer support for a missing refund from a returned product. I talked with Keill M, who checked the issue and gave me an immediate solution. This gave me a lot of peace of mind, I was already thinking that it would be sad if things couldn't be solved since I really liked the quality of the products.

I was in communication with a lady called Charlotte W who was very prompt to helping me with my issue in relation to a tear in some leggings I ordered- she was very attentive and was able to resolve my issue very promptly. Very impressed with the customer service Sweaty Betty and restores my faith to continue to be in a customer with them for the many years to come.

Best leggings ever. Items arrive quickly, well packed and are superb quality. Customer Service is incredibly responsive too.

I’m editing again because despite the customer services comments saying they understood this had been resolved I’m still waiting for resolution, product is now out of stock and although theoretically they are processing a refund I haven’t seen anything.

Initially I was impressed with the service which prompted me to write a review, now I’m totally disappointed.

I’m editing my review because the resolution promised has not happened, I’ve had to chase and again no confirmation of satisfactory resolution.

Having had a delivery problem the online chat representative Emily was very helpful and efficient.

I ordered the power shorts 9” without realising the sizing had changed slightly since my last order and the items were too small. Really easy to return and the next order was perfect. Really good quality stuff that lasts for ages.
I had to contact customer services about the return and they promptly sorted by query.

Keill M was extremely efficient and resolved my query in a few minutes. Cannot highly recommend their chat on the website highly enough. Thank you so much.

Excellent service from Domonique who was extremely helpful. I queried about a particular garment and she was able to look up stock from other stores when no XS sizes were available. I was able to reserve this in another store after she sent an email. She also directed me towards other pilates gear and I ended up buying a top I tried on as it was so comfy and fit well. I will definitely go back now after signing up for updates.

Anne-Marie helped me retrieve a digital gift card I had received from my daughter on Mother's Day, May 10. I had mistakenly deleted the initial gift card, and she walked me through the process. I appreciate her help, because I had been excited to finally use my generous gift card, and today I did so.

The bank holiday just past, I was given a 40% family and friends voucher, which I was excited to use as I had seen a rain jacket I liked. When I went to buy on line it's seems Sweaty Betty decided to have a 25% sale which meant I could not use my 40%. I was so disappointed. I wrote to them at customer service, the reply I got was Thank you for your feedback we are sorry you are very disappointed has been passed on. They will not send you an email with an update but the relevant department is aware of you query. I take this as Thank you but tough luck. What a bad customer service

My order went missing. a quick online chat to Gemma at the SB website resulted in her creating a new order and sending a replacement item on next day delivery. Was bummed that the delay meant it missed the wife's birthday, but the way the problem was rectified was 1st class. well done Gemma at Sweaty Betty.

EDIT. Have had to revise my review down to 3 (from 4) stars. Despite the good customer service contact from Gemma. I neither received a confirmation email (as promised) or indeed the item that was (supposed to be) sent out on next day delivery. After another round of chat with their customer service today I am promised another confirmation email, and another replacement order coming out on next day delivery. Although the customer contact was again positive with Sophie, alas, I do not remain optimistic.
