Excellent customer service
I was hesitant about spending a bit more on sportswear than normal, but ordered 4 pairs of leggings to see what the fuss was about. The quality was a world away from what I was used to and I decided to keep all 4 pairs until I noticed a hole in one of the seams. I contacted customer services but was unable to find my order number (must have deleted the email). Gemma K was straight on it, found my order, confirmed the issue and immediately sent out a new pair along with simple instructions for returning the faulty ones. She was quick, clear, polite very helpful. Brilliant customer service.

Issue resolved quickly
I have contacted SB recently over 2 separate issues. Firstly I ordered an online gift voucher but my friend didn’t receive it. Once I got through on chat to customer services, it was delivered immediately.
Second issue today was I placed an order for leggings. I received an email later to say my order had been cancelled and to contact customer services. When I did, she could see that I made an error when selecting the delivery address. She re-issued my discount code and I was able to continue with a new order.
Thankfully, both issues were resolved quickly when I got speaking to customer services on chat.

The chat facility works well and helped resolve my question. A small size returned and credited and a medium ordered and when asked original discount on small size honoured. Very fair and their CS systems & processes worked really well.

Excellent customer service
I’m a big fan of Sweaty Betty and I’ve bought 8 pairs of their leggings over the years. I recently discovered a failed seam in a pair of Power Leggings and was surprised as I’d never had this or any other issue before in all the years I’ve been buying them. I contacted them explaining the issue. Given how rubbish customer service can be (and that these weren’t purchased within the last couple of months) I wasn’t really expecting to get an answer back but how wrong I was. They replied within 24 hours and were so helpful and sorted a replacement pair for me. I was really impressed with the care and attention they gave to helping me resolve this. Excellent work Sweaty Betty.

I was looking for an item that was out…
I was looking for an item that was out of season and when mentioned to a staff member (Lily) she knew exactly what I was looking for and between her and another staff member (Louise) they were so helpful and found the winter coat that I was looking for! They even told me about a 20% offer if you buy another item so I ended up buying a lovely jumper too. Both super helpful, friendly and made the whole shopping experience really good. In addition, the store was clean, tidy and welcoming.
