Superdry is a reap off.
I will implore everyone to be cautious buying from Superdry. Com as they seem to be reaping people off. I bought 4 jackets from superdry with order number 33161525 at £478.95 on the 1st of February 2023, received it on the 9th and returned 3 out of 4 Jackets on the 11th February 2023, whilst it was received back at superdry on the 15th of February 2023 as I got an email confirmation.
Superdry only credited 131.99 out of £358.96 whilst refusing to pay my balance of £226.97. I have contacted their customer service to no avail and they are not forthcoming. I am unhappy and never knew superdry has now becom a scam and reap off.

Superdry ebay store - bought item which they now say is out of stock. Then they 'take 20 per cent off' but bump the price so it's more expensive than it was before. Exact same item is in stock under another listing but £20 dearer now yet the say it's out of stock. Complete joke.

This company are scum practically stealing from there customers . No contact no refunds for missing destroyed orders . Then bombarded with replacements i told them didn’t want as month and a bit too late and have only received refunds fir the items they resent . Disgusting way to treat customers. And all after financial problems late last year how suspicious. 2 and a half months in and im still owed approx £140 of over £560 which was more than the items cost as receipt clearly shows balance more than cost … absolute farce and been ingoing since very start if January .
In the land of make believe
I purchased two sale items online. One of them came, the other is in some kind of Superdry limbo;somewhere between Neverland and Wonderland where customers and time do not exist. It was truly a magical experience, placing money into the Superdry magicians hand, only to have it disappear in front of my very eyes...and stay gone for over a week.
I had the promise of a cancellation email and subsequent refund, only to be sent away dejected like Oliver twist asking "please sir, can I have some more?"...seeing a wretched future where conglomerates and major companies take similar liberties.
So I sit here eating my porridge ready to earn some more money to turn the cogs of this rich monster called Superdry.
Can’t contact them
Cabot contact them. Sent an email 20 days ago. No response. Items was lost. Only option is to go get refund from your bank. Appalling service. Stay away.

Similar to others, I returned an item for exchange on 20th Jan via Evri. It shows as not delivered back yet. The Superdry website has shown the same message for weeks, there are issues with Evri. Head office reception is not physically manned but evetually a receptionist did answer and after I explained my predicament, simply said she would be me through to customer service. No one in customer service and the call ended. No response to emails, no online chat and needless to say, no exchanged item or refund (£105 (tough to lose in these hard times))! I suspect they are in trouble and face liquidation as in so much debt. UPDATE: Managed to contact them through FB messenger. They responded straight away, checked order, and arranged redelivery. It arrived next day! So, if you need to contact them, that's the way to do it!

I have returned an item just after Christmas. Never refunded me. Scumbags. Completely ignoring my messages. I was a good customers, wont buy anything ever again.
Very Poor Service & Support On Superdry eBay Store
Purchased a top for my Dad's birthday from the Superdry eBay store, and it arrived in a used, open packet condition with a few dog hairs as bonus items. Not only have I now missed my Dad's birthday, but when I opened an eBay return, Superdry doesn't present you with a return label as most retailers do. So I now have to wait for 5 days for Superdry to respond, and looking at the eBay feedback, they don't, and you have to open a case, so that's another 4 days before getting an eBay-actioned refund. Lucky me.

Tracking showing as ‘incident occurred’ via Evri tracking system on 10th January. Order never received. Evri have told me to contact superdry as it’s ‘lost’ so ATTEMPTED to do just that, several times.
Live chat not working, phone number not working. Email sent and contact form submitted but no reply. Only one to say we might reply in up to 14 DAYS.
Absolutely shocking customer service. Normally spend hundreds on superdry clothing from here yearly but won’t be any more.

It’s been weeks, my order hasn’t been delivered. Can’t contact evri, superdry livechat and phone number not working, emails hasn’t been answered.

Almost perfect transaction. What a refreshing change when shopping online.
I ordered a black merino wool mini dress that arrived fairly quickly (had to prompt though). The quality is very good (far better than expected) and the item was well packaged too.

It seems like every second item I purchase off the site gets “lost in transit” and then they have to refund you which you have to chase them about for ages before they actually do refund you. Like the clothes but their delivery system (Hermes) seems to have employees with sticky fingers.

I purchases a coat for £72 over 2 weeks ago and never received the item or any communication as to why they didn't send it and now fighting to get my money back and their so say customer support simply do not reply to emails.never again will I buy from superdry. I do not have that sort of money to just lose.
Worst customer service experience in a while…
Trying to obtain a refund for a tshirt (£11.50) was akin to pulling teeth out and would not wish it upon my worst enemy. Its like the customer service team do not know how to read with comprehension or maybe this is their tactic to deter people from complaining -suck the will to live out of the customer. Either or, I have wasted 45 minutes of my life trying to explain via chat how I returned two items and was refunded for just one, the agent asked for clarification at least five times. I have conceded as this was like talking to a soulless machine.
good quality but size seems bigger than what is thought it would be
bought a v neck t-shirt was was advertised as slim fit , in xl size as some superdry clothing are made small but when i tried it on it was big did not seem slim fit at all, put it beside my other xl standard fit superdry t -shirt and it was wider at hem ! pity i like the t-shirt cant exchange it as i stupidly took off the tag should have bought the large but thats the thing with online shopping it is sometimes hit or miss with size to buy. good quality t-shirt , never mind maybe i am now just a size smaller theses days but only just
Disappointed Jacket Customer
I placed order for 2 jackets for my sons for the first time. (Never bought jackets before). Down came off on their school jumper and blazer and now jackets have gone really thin. Superdry jackets are not cheap. It’s a rip off and I am really disappointed with the quality and my purchase. I would like to return and get my money back.

Please please ditch Hermes as your delivery solution. They are utterly awful. They've had my parcel at their depot for over a week and I can't get hold of anyone. I will be boycotting all companies using Hermes moving forwards.

I have had nothing but problems with Superdry online. 1st order went missing with Hermes. Eventually they agreed to send replacement and gave me a £10 credit. Got the item and all good except much too small. I ordered a Hermes pick up but that still hasn’t happened and nobody answers emails. I used the £10 credit on a hoodie and that order was cancelled a few days later as Superdry said out of stock, got a refund for amount I paid but the £10 credit not refunded or put back on my account!!! Still trying to return the coat that was too small but getting nowhere. I think if you use Superdry you should just go to the retail shops as online is awful with no customer service response. Not good!
Started well but rapidly went downhill
Return label organised without any major problem for collection on a specified day by Hermes. After this point Super dry cannot tell us anything about the collection and Hermes are impossible to contact in any form. Frustrating afternoon and waste of life.
Collection made within the 12 hour requirements so additional star added. Just a shame systems at Superdry are so bad they have no knowledge of the transaction after it leaves them.
