Charged for out of stock (discontinued) items, money still waiting
Ordered some shoes and they have waited ages to tell me they're not in stock - the products aren't even on the website any more judging by the now-broken link in my confirmation email so they've likely been discontinued. Still haven't received my money back, suppose the company would like to hold onto it as long as they can. Absolute joke, would not shop with Superdry again.
Can no longer search for size in leg length
They have recently revamped their website and now you can’t search for cargo trousers by the size that you require… you can search for the size of the WAIST that you require, but you can’t search for size of the LENGTH. This is incredibly frustrating as you now must click on each different cargo trousers and scroll down that seperate page, to then see if they are available in your size. This takes several minutes to then determine that they don’t have any cargos in my size.
Superdry never has any cargo trousers in size 30/30… (30” waist/ 30” leg)…
Really ridiculous been wearing the cargos for 20 years and they rarely have any in stock in size 30/30… you can wait all thru the autumn and winter seasons, awaiting some to come in stock in my size and by that time it is Spring and Summertime and trousers are no longer required. Ridiculous. Emailed several times, never get a response. Who is running this company nowadays? Really poor non-existent customer services and it’s no wonder that this brand has been on a steady and consistent decline for many years now. I’ll take my money and business elsewhere as they clearly don’t care. Consistently a disappointing shopping experience, which is a pity as the quality of their cargo trousers are good.

Returned some items for £300. Despite sending emails acknoweldging the returned items were received, I am still waiting for a refund 20 days later.
Sent them two emails 7 days ago and no response.
Will have to get chargeback via my Credit card company.
Don't waste your time with these clowns. I suspect they are on the verge of administration, so if you are waiting for a refund charge it back quickly!
Sizing a joke
I'm a size 12 order a jacket and hoodie which I wanted a bit of room in so deliberately upside and ordered an xl which according to their website should align with size 16. Both items are very fitted no real room in them. If I'd actually ordered the correct size wouldn't have been able to get the items on at all. I've had clothing from superdry a long time and those items were perfectly fine fitted as expected. So not sure why they have shrunk everything down. Will be returning for a full refund as the items just aren't fit for purpose.

AVOID!!!!
Basically they behave like con artists trying to steal your money with cheap clothes. They set a very tight returns policy of 14 days so you are stuck with an item. They do not tell you this and expect you to suck it up. There is no way to talk to customer service so you have to argue at a store. I fully intend to make the store assistant's life hell for this. For the sake of a cheap coat it is not worth all this. Get it elsewhere.

I ordered a puffer coat on the 2nd of January 2025 the cost of the coat was debited from my bank A/C on the 3rd January and I never received a confirmation for this order or any tracking delivery information .
I had to call one of the Superdry stores to speak to a human being as the on line chatbot was useless !!!
The Superdry store assistant was very helpful and managed to find my order so at least I had a ref no. and told me to ask to keep going regarding the live chat until I got access to a customer services agent who told me she had an incorrect e mail address for me !!!!
I was given a tracking no. for amazon which I keep checking and it says it has created a delivery label but no other information !!
I am very disappointed in Superdry and if I ever receive my coat I am really tempted to return the said item as I feel that as is becoming very common in the UK customer services seems to be a dirty word!!!

Superdry Fuji longline women’s coat
I have now purchased two superdry Fuji longline coats and while they are a good fit and I was very pleased with the product originally I have had the same issue with both. The zip does not last and although trying both dry cleaners and alteration shops I can not obtain a zip the correct size so the coats are no good. It’s not though misuse, the zips just don’t last. I have contacted superdry and were told they cannot help.

The worst company to buy from. Sent wrong colour and size coat. size 8 Instead of 16! my choice was no longer available.(probably sent it to someone else in Error ) i spent ages chatting to agents via messages! Phone call services not available btw! so they Agreed to send a replacement of my choice then cancelled that too claiming no longer in stock! Which is a LIE as the website shows it clearly in stock. Greedy people!!! AVOID!

Absolutely rubbish quality, jumper for 60 quid has shrank and welts stretched just after one wash in 30 degrees. Everest Parka jacket feels like wearing motorcycle gear, super uncomfortable and heavy. Misleading info about materials used. Avoid!
Items lost or stolen , Superdry claims "parcel arrived empty" or "contained unknown item" :)
I ordered several items from Superdry via Zalando in October. Since it is a partner offer, shipment and returns process goes directly via Superdry. I kept couple items and returned the rest in 2 separate parcels. Both of them "got lost" in different ways : they claim that first parcel "arrived empty" (yes of course i send empty return parcel, that's what we all do...), while the second , second parcel arrived "containing an item not belonging to Superdry stock and not from the order". I saw the photos of the item , i have never seen it , it is not mine. I am in touch with Zalando Customer service which also act so stupid and just keep repeating same thing "parcel arrived empty / Superdry didn't receive the item". They also sent me photos of the parcels they received. And you know what? One parcel is opened and torn apart, another one is damaged and has "DHL Repacked" label on it. And now they want me to pay in total 440+ Euros for 4 items they lost or even stole, no idea. This is so so so annoying, especially dealing with Zalando customer support people who can't even read the text of the email completely and keep repeating same things again and again. So completely agree with all the negative reviews related to Superdry customer service and unreliability, and will never order again even so items might look good. This is unacceptable. But also Zalando is not acting well in this case providing no reliable customer support here.
No way to be in the market.
