Great washing of the car, asking for payment upfront is not acceptable and not contacting me when I specifically leave a note on the car for issues is a total failure of customer care. A new suspension part that is 10 months old and done 2700 miles on it that is faulty is not covered by warranty is poor imo too. Still waiting for a response to move forwards ..last year was no better with customer care either

Came here after being ignored at West London Audi, what a difference. Loui our sales advisor was amazing from start to finish. I'm loving my band new car.

Extremely disappointed and upset with the poor service costing me £1000+

During my service and MOT in August 2025 the mileage amount was input incorrectly at my last which has caused me a huge amount of issues with insurance and selling the vehicle.

This has cost me upwards of £1000+ as £650 was deducted when I sold the vehicle for the ‘clerical error’ and I could not get a number of cheaper car insurance policies because the mileage was incorrect.

I’ve tried to make a complaint directly with the branch however this has been completely ignored and no resolution provided. No apology no empathy or anything. They say they’ve requested for this to be changed but what about the inconvenience, time, stress, hassle and financial loss this has caused me.

I do understand errors happen however it is how they are put right which matters therefore, I would avoid the Chelmsford branch to avoid a poor level of service and potential costly mistakes!!

Just so quick and easy to use. Staff always welcoming and friendly.

Bought my 9000 mile 22 plate Porsche from Nottingham Porsche. All was well, car was delivered and upon looking at the infotainment i see it is overdue a service as it has actually never been serviced.
Porsche reassure me it was serviced but paperwork then suggests different. Turns out the 121 point check was ticked that it also diddnt need a service despite it needing one and then i got a lot of excuses, a lot of delays (managers on holiday) and in the end promised calls became ZERO calls.

Now i have a car that was advertised with a Full service history and a dealer who dont want to own up to their mistakes that it has actually never been serviced. I generally would of thought a Porsche experience to be positive but this is frankly the worst i have ever been treated as a customer by any dealer ever.
I am amazed they try to blag their customers and i would advise all customers to look into the history of your cars you bought from them. The 121 point check isnt worth anything as they don't check it correctly anyway. They wouldn't even send me it.. Just want your money and forget the problems. Sadly, having to instruct solicitors to deal with this as it's been a costly experience. Not my first P car but my last with Nottingham... BUYERS BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE

My car was booked in for some service work to be done. The booking process was efficient, and the work was carried out to a high standard.
Staff were friendly.

I been service my car at lakeside mercedes for last few year
and all ways request same technician work on my car as he knows my car well and I look after my car, I
have book this six weeks advance and was told after they
service my car was another technician work on it but they
should have inform me before they work on my car when i open the boot rub was rip and still you can see oil on top cap not even been wide clean. I request manager look it and told he will talk his manager and get back to me but never did.
plus I forgot something in the car when back to get it one of the staff was so rude. This time there service was really
bad.

Read a lot of these reviews which put me of somewhat, I found my experience one of the Best I’ve had with main dealers,and I’ve dealt with a few,
BMW M60i I saw and asked for a detailed video , this came and I put a deposit down, I live over 200 miles from Leeds, the communication was good , I’m not the best to deal with and have lots of questions and I’m really fussy about my cars.
So I travelled up to view and collect car, I arrived and was promptly met by Helen , William and Charlie had answered all my questions before and understood I was in the trade and I was a very fussy person! By my own admission !
Back to Helen , she showed me the car and we went on a test drive , car needed fuel so we stopped, she very kindly filled the car up ! I was only expecting £25 fuel.
Back at the dealers the process of paying was dealt with and on leaving she gave me water and coffee for my return journey .
Helen answered all my questions, I was given as much time as I needed to complete the purchase.
I would make the journey again to Stratstone Leeds just for the excellent experience I’ve had with dealing with them.

Kam Saqib was incredible throughout. Communication was on point and he went above and beyond to resolve all issues to ensure this was as smooth as possible.

Stratstone lakeside has no customer care when things go wrong and no person took responsibility, car went in for service 5 August 2025 and unable to be fixed for a minor issue of a parking sensor.
Eventually was invited to collect car 18 Nov 2025 only for cameras not working . Finally received full refund March 2026 and no compensation for 7 months without a car, or the fact I paid for insurance & road tax.
I suggest better to buy from Arthur Daly

We recently bought a Macan from the Porsche dealership in Stockport and had a great experience from start to finish, all thanks to Chris.

It was our first time buying a Porsche, so we didn’t know much going in. Chris was incredibly patient and took the time to walk us through everything in detail. He let us spend hours using the car configurator and was more than happy to go back and forth with us over the following weeks as we made changes. Nothing ever felt rushed.

What really stood out was how calm, polite and honest he was throughout. He’s very softly spoken, not pushy at all, and completely transparent – which made the whole process feel comfortable and enjoyable.

At one point we did consider going with another dealership just because it was closer to home, but after speaking with Chris again, he reassured us why we chose Stockport in the first place. We’re really glad we stuck with him.

The overall service was genuinely excellent from beginning to end. No regrets at all (other than the dent in the bank balance!).

If you’re thinking about buying a Porsche, I’d highly recommend speaking to Chris. His knowledge is spot on, and with how customisable these cars are, it really helps to have someone who knows the product inside out.

Post purchase there have been a few minor teething problems. No if's no buts - everything was sorted and follow ups arranged quickly so rest assured the after care is just as amazing as the sales.

key battery changed when not required at very expensive price and windscreen washer bottle refilled when not required i had filled it 3 days before again at very expensive price

Had a call from lola, to inform me my car was ready for delivery, explained everything i needed to know! And arranged a delivery date i needed! Excellent customer service

As per previous answer - issue with bond return and initially putting a cost for "fuel" on the car purchase invoice - it's an electric car!

The service at Strathstone is absolute perfection. I have been going for years and can’t fault the service department at all. The staff there offer a truly personal service while keeping with Mercedes standards and procedures. Keeley Daniels is worth noting as an excellent team member who makes the customer feel that nothing is any trouble to ensure the customer is happy upon leaving

Fantastic clean showroom, and Matthew was incredibly friendly and helpful right from the start, walking me through the entire purchase process. Aftersales assitance from him was also brilliant. I'd definitely recommend this showroom. :)

All the staff were fantastic, refreshments on tap and free of charge.
