As someone responsible for managing a large fleet of vehicles, I deal with dealerships on a regular basis — and it takes a lot for one to genuinely stand out. Stratstone Porsche in Wilmslow and Stockport absolutely did.

From the outset, the team struck the right balance between professionalism and approachability. They understood that my needs weren’t just about a single car, but about reliability, efficiency, and long-term support. There was no unnecessary sales pressure — just clear, knowledgeable guidance and a willingness to listen.

What impressed me most was how well they handled communication. Having recently purchased a new Mercedes-Benz, I feel compelled to share my experience, which was made truly outstanding by Bilaal Farid.

First class professional and highly personal service from start to finish

Car wasn’t valeted as promised which is a poor show considering service & MOT cost £700.

Invoice stated 81,000 service but it was a 41,000 service.

Have to trust that correct service was done.

Poor for a JLR dealership

Mercedes Leeds is always a problem with communication and you always need to chase people for everything. Last service I was kept waiting for longer than out any updates and I have to chase twice.

Also a car wash is average service as it left marks uncleaned inside.

I liked their interest in the customer and contacting him to tell about the malfunctions and the cost to her before starting any work, and this is an excellent thing from the company .

I recently purchased a new car from Mercedes Benz Ipswich and was very satisfied with the customer care and service. Ian Roberts from Ipswich Mercedes made the whole process very easy and memorable. Would highly recommend.
