Waiting for your phone call to be answered is atrocious. The phone is ringing for 16 minutes now and there is no answer. It happens every single time I’ve tried to contact the garage. Eventually the phone was answered after 18 minutes. I was put through to the department I requested and before I could complete explaining the purpose of my call, the phone was cut off!
One month ago I sent an email to complain and so far there has been no reply. My next move is to contact Audi UK.

After having some work done on my car early 2024 at Tamworth Audi, it was returned to me with a loud clicking sound from the engine area. The sound had not been there before.
I reported this to Tamworth Audi who performed some initial analysis at time of MOT but needed the car booked in for more detailed diagnostics. The earliest this could happen was 4 September 2024 to provide me with a courtesy car.
Initially the communication from the service advisor at Tamworth Audi was atrocious. I was constantly lied to about progress of my vehicle. Since complaining I have now been dealing with the service manager and the communication has greatly improved.
Unfortunately, and now almost 5 months later, Tamworth Audi have not been able to resolve the issue they introduced to my car and now appear to have run out of ideas. In the latest communication they have tried to fob the problem back on to me. The options they suggested were either they gave the car back to me in its current state (i.e. not fixed) or they could hold on to it and *maybe* they could think of something else to try, but this would be dealt with as a low priority task (6-12 months’ timescale suggested).
Please be aware of giving Tamworth Audi your business. Despite them introducing the issue with my car they are now attempting to screw me over!

Car was booked in for Service at Audi Tamworth. Service was completed all fine but afterwards I realised they had not given me back my wheel nut lock key.

Rang them to be told it’s MY fault and I just need to order a new one at a cost of £100 to me. Awful service, very rude and unhelpful. I’ve since sold my car because I want nothing to do with Audi again.

1. Unnecessary Service Appointment
The servicing team contacted us to book the vehicle in for a service, only for us to discover on the day that this appointment was unnecessary. This miscommunication not only caused inconvenience but also wasted our time. The justification was there was an alleged recall which prior to the visit had not been made aware? Plus they advised they would carry out a software update.
2. Condition of Courtesy Vehicle
The courtesy vehicle provided during the service visit was in an unacceptable condition. It was dirty inside, lacked fuel, and did not have adequate window washer fluid. This lack of attention to detail reflects poorly on the care provided and in my opinion reflects badly on the branch. If they cant look after their own vehicles is begs the question as to how they treat customers vehicles.
3. Unresolved Software Update/Recall
The supposed software update, which was cited as the reason for the vehicle visit, appears not to have been completed effectively. The error message present before the appointment remained unresolved upon collecting the vehicle, which adds to the frustration as we now have to book it in again to resolve the issue. This is another clear indication that there is no attention to detail as they allowed the vehicle to leave without actually checking. Did the software update actually happen?????
Overall, the service experience from start to finish has been deeply disappointing. Having purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the last 12 months, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and care. It is disheartening to feel the need to raise these issues with a dealership of Audi's reputation.
While this experience does not deter me from purchasing another Audi, it does make me question whether I would choose this branch for future business. I sincerely hope this is an isolated incident; however, the consistent lapses in service leave me doubting this.

I had an amazing experience when buying my new car in September - so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. I was told to contact the sales advisor with any problems at all.

Within a couple of weeks I had an issue not a major one but still an issue. I emailed several times with no reply copying in two people. One I later learnt had left the business but there was no bounce back and the other advisor never replied for several weeks despite me chasing . Late October I was asked to send a photo in which I did - again no reply to that email. I called Audi in December spoken to the individual and was promised a call two days later. Again nothing. Called again today - busy with a customer fair enough but no call back.

I have tried calling the servicing team but have had no luck getting through.

I will be going back to BMW for my next car. Audi clearly just don’t care once they have your money 😞

I recently had a very bad experience with this particular dealership . I arranged to view a used Audi A5 advertised with 8,994 miles on the vehicle order document ( BJ73 OHF) . Despite having several days notification On arrival the car was unavailable as it had a puncture . After an extended wait the car was made available , the car had in excess of 16,000 miles recorded on it , was not clean and had several stone chips , one on the passenger door being significant. As the vehicle order for the car showed the incorrect mileage, i refused to sign it and asked for it to be amended . I was told by the manager this would be completed that day . The paperwork was not corrected and I decided due to the combination of issues to withdraw my offer . I had made a deposit on the car prior to my viewing and some 2 WEEKS later i am still waiting for my deposit to be returned . based on my experience i would not recommend dealing with Stratstone Audi Tamworth.

Great sales, poor after care service. It took several phone calls to get my car booked in for cosmetic repairs.

I have just bought an 'approved used' Audi A7 from these guys.
I travelled 185 miles up from Devon by train as Stratstone Tamworth had a low mileage, one owner A7 in the spec. and colour I wanted, at the right price and not available nearer my home. The salesman, Jordon and I had conversed a couple of times on the phone and he offered to meet me at the station and drove me back to the dealership where Sales manager Alan, came out to greet me when I arrived and I was immediately offered a coffee and made to feel welcome and comfortable.
I have bought many cars in my 40+ years of driving from dealers large and small. I've learnt that sometimes one has to be prepared to travel to get exactly the car they want, but I certainly didn't expect the welcome I got. Because I was there to buy a £27k used car, a far cry from many of their customers who buy new cars at much higher values (and margins).
Despite which I have to say the level of service I received was exceptional and very probably the best I have ever experienced!
Salesman Jordon was excellent, friendly and very professional. He definitely knew all about the vehicle and was able to answer all my queries without hesitation or any bulls**t. I am quite particular so we spent a considerable time looking over the car, test driving and then doing all the necessary paperwork. All the while WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE or attempts to sell me any additional products or finance etc.
At the end of the day Ieft to drive off back to Devon, feeling happy that I had got a great deal with fantastic service on a used car that was filled with fuel (not heard of these days!) and a couple of nice free gifts thrown in as thank you's for travelling so far to buy from them. As Jordon said, 'there are a 1000 other garages you could have gone to'.
In my experience I can only say go there, as I highly recommend this dealership.
