Frustrated. It seems that I have to make two or three visits to get one job done lately.
I was very frustrated after my last service that the service reset had not been done and then the engine warning light had come on. I had to come in again to be told the fix was very simple but needed authorisation. I then needed to call in to chase this ! The red tape around this when I have the Audi service plan seemed needless and a waste of my time.

Purchased car 18.7.25 certified history and mileage checked .Informed on 22.8.25 service history cannot account for 3 year period during which in excess of 40000miles was covered . Company has completely failed to reply to any correspondence since that date leaving litigation as only option .Utter disgrace.
Thank you customer service for your comments and engagement .The dealers have still done nothing whatsoever.

The work and the service from Audi Tamworth was great, it was only let down by the extended warranty team having a backlog of work to authorize my repair due to summer staff shortages. What should have been two days took nearly two weeks.

cart rate the experience of this so called garage as after 18 months am still waiting for them to do a recall on my car as they keep cancelling the repair its been 5 weeks now since they last cancelled it saying they will call me the following week and nothing. tried phoning it just ring out. just had a email to say its time to change my car fast enough to send that would never buy a car from tamworth audi utter rubbish after sales.

The repair of our car
Throughout the repair of our car, we were served by Toby Crew. It was attentive, smooth and friendly communication. He helped us get a loan, as well as a discount on the repair, since the repair of the car turned out to be expensive. We received professional answers to all the questions asked. A wonderful person, with whom it is pleasant to deal in Tamworth Audi, prompt and reliable, pleasant communication, you can not wish for more.

Did a job 9 months ago for this branch, been chasing up for payment since then, still not been paid and now also ignoring any emails/contact over this issue. Awful experience and would never expect this from a company as big as this.
