Great Price and Service…
The price was just right and the removal / installation service exceptional.
However, it would have been 5 stars but for a little better communication on delivery / installation dates and the fact another company was to deliver it and install it.
Other than that my wife is very very happy with her new cooker.

Ordered an electric stove(Dimplex) to Northern Ireland . Communication was excellent and the delivery details were well communicated. Parcel delivered by driver with no issue and the product is beautiful . Delivery price was also very reasonable . Thankyou very much. Would recommend .

Cosibrixx 60 pit fire - delighted with this product
I was concerned making the purchase of a fire pit without being able to see it in a store but am delighted with the product- sturdy with a great flame and realistic coals/ logs.Delivery information was a little vague and had to be chased but the product arrived very well packed and was easy to assemble. Love it.

Cheaper and reliable
Purchased a dining table from StovesAreUs, whom we had never heard of before, but decided to take a risk as the dining table was £500 cheaper from them, than anyone else. Didn't regret it, the table was delivered when they said they would and its perfect. Only downside was the delivery guy....totally miserable bugger, but that's not their fault.

Great product and delivery, customer service lacking
Great product and delivery, BUT if you return a product customer service is lacking. They don’t call you back despite confirming you will receive a call that day, two members of staff including Natalie didn’t and delay giving you a return address for the item. Also Brandon advised they can process a refund in 30 days after checking the item, when UK law states it must be 14 days. The deadline for my refund is Tuesday 25 August.

I love the fact you can choose your day…
I love the fact you can choose your day of delivery which was very helpful meaning we didn't have to have a day off work for it

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. Communication re delivery was first class. Delivered on time and well packaged. Stove looks great, but have only used small fires up to now as instructed by manual. As its summer will be a couple of months before proper use.
