This is the second fire I have purchased from StovesAreUs.

So happy with both the fires, packaged very well and very quick delivery both times.

One of the stoves was quite a bit more expensive as it was a living flame, which incidently is absolutely gorgeous and spot on - everyone comments at how realistic the fire is - I got this first fire at a very good price a lot less than other sellers were asking. Again I got a very good price for the second fire which was a smaller fire for a smaller room. Again it is absolutely superb and StovesAreUs were again very competivie with the price. I would very much recommend this Company everything from start to finish was exceptional with my experience with them.

Great service. Originally used Imagin Fires, only to be sent a damaged fire which was changed a further 2 times with more damaged fires, avoid those cowboys. StovesAreUs were far better!!👍👌

You forgot a crucial part of the product: the clay balls for the firepit. I rang up and you said you’d send them out but never did

Fantastic Price , great communication and fast delivery

I ordered a 3 metre parasol cover but the cover was too small, it did not fit and was not as described. I attempted to return the item but this was refused by the company as I was slightly outside of the returns window. I attempted to explain that I'd been away from my home address but the company flatly refused which is disappointing. I will not be using the company in future.

Very disappointing experience with StovesAreUs / FireplacesAreUs.

I purchased a fireplace from this company, but unfortunately it arrived damaged, so I had to return it. I was then told that a replacement would be provided, but I ended up waiting around two months.

I was told that deliveries would resume in September, but nothing happened. I have received no clear information about when my replacement fireplace will actually be delivered. Getting any information from the company has been extremely difficult — they are very slow to respond and, when I manage to speak to someone, nobody seems to know what is happening with my order.

I eventually requested a full refund because I no longer wanted to wait. Unfortunately, even getting my money back has turned into another long and frustrating process. I keep being given different explanations about why the refund cannot be processed, while nobody seems to take responsibility for resolving the issue.

What is most frustrating is that I have had to contact them every single time. There has been no proactive communication or meaningful update from the company.

I have been left without the fireplace I paid for and without my money.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. If something goes wrong with your order, be prepared for a very frustrating process and a serious lack of communication.

Straight forward . arrived straight away. Just could not have been easier thanks.

Really pleased with my experience using StovesAreUs when I bought a Kamado Joe Classic I bbq for my husbands birthday. Very happy with the product, competitively priced and they were happy to price match which reduced the price further. Very efficient customer service support. The item was packaged really well and delivered within two days. Would definitely use this company again.

Very pleased with the service spoke to a lovely helpful lady in customer service she was so helpful and informative. Only reason I called Wes for a delivery update and she gave me all the info I needed and followed up with an email . Delivery was excellent staff were respectful and friendly. Will definitely recommend
