The mighty plus vape is well over priced
Takes over 5 hours to charge fully
Not much battery life
A total waist of money
Just to improve the taste as that's all this vape does improves the taste of flower
It also waist most of your bud/flower as you have no idea when it is empty
The cheek of not putting a plug in the box is also a scummy thing to do to force you to buy it for an extra £34 or more
None existent costumer service too just some silly bot that waist your time an efforts but no costumer service at all

Habe alle meine Geräte bei Cannacoop gekauft also kann ich über den Service nichts sagen aber die Geräte von Storz & Bickel sind erstklassige Produkte die Maßstäbe setzen. Optisch sehen die Geräte etwas altmodisch aus. Man könnte meinen, zum Beispiel, der Venty ist ein Gerät aus den 80‘s der Optik nach aber das ist Geschmacksache. Die Optik beeinflusst die Funktion keineswegs und deshalb kann ich damit leben, deshalb aber auch nur vier von fünf Sternen. 

Commande passée il y a 20 jours. Toujours pas de confirmation d'envois. Aucune réponse à mes mails ni sur Instagram.

Just another unsatisfied Venty owner. The device is fundamentally flawed and they try to fix with an update process which doesn't work. Avoid!!!!!

The best you can get for dry herb vaporisers with wonderful Customer support.
Fantastic products, well built and gives the best vapour from herbs, the After Vape Bud (AVB) is a lovely deep brown color and this proves you have extracted all the herb goodness. Keep in mind you can still use your AVB.
I own the Volcano classic and the Mighty+ and I will soon purchase their crafty+ to add to the collection.
The Volcano classic is a solid build and you hear people still using theirs 10+ years later with continuous daily use.
The Mighty+ is the best dry herb vaporizer i have used, the ceramic chamber is very easy to keep clean and used with dosing capsules (what i do) keeps the vaporizer in pristine condition.
German built and made to last, what more can I say.

Das Gerät wurde am 02.01. reklamiert und zu euch geschickt und ist am 03.01. bei euch angekommen. Mir wurde als Schmerzpatient versichert, dass das Ersatzgerät noch am gleichen Werktag verschickt wird. Laut Aussage von der netten Mitarbeiterin am Telefon wurde mir versprochen, dass der Auftrag schon ausgeführt worden ist.
Am 07.01. habe ich bei euch noch einmal angerufen, dass ich weder von UPS noch von euch eine eine Sendebestätigung erhalten habe. Der nette Mitarbeiter von der Reparatur sagte zu mir, dass weder ein Auftrag vorhanden ist noch ein Ersatzgerät an mich verschickt worden ist.
Darauf habe ich mich noch einmal bei euch gemeldet, da hatte ich wieder die nette Frau am Telefon gehabt, die mit mir (weil ich drauf bestanden habe )am Telefon den Auftrag ausgeführt hat.

Finde es unmöglich von euch, dass ihr noch nicht einmal nach dem Eingang des defekten Gerät daran gedacht habt zu schauen, ob der Patient mit einem Ersatzgerät versorgt worden ist.
Nach dem Telefonat hat es nicht lange gedauert, bis ich eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail von UPS bekommen habe, dass das Gerät am 08.01. geliefert wird.

Produit de mauvaise qualité , tombé en panne au bout de 13mois . Verdict du SAV "appareil irréparable" avant même d avoir vu le produit et proposition de 20% de réduction sur un neuf . Quand il refuse de reparer un produit c est une garantie de 12 mois seulement au lieu des 24 mois indiqués sur le site car si ils ne peuvent/veulent pas réparer une erreur 004 alors c est 12mois de garantie et pas 24. Alors que la garantie légale minimale des appareils électroniques dans l UE est de 24 mois. On croirait une blague . Bref produit de mauvaise qualité qui tombe vite en panne et une garantie réelle inférieure a celle légale dans l union européenne. Appareil d une durée de vie d une appareil chinois et "Garantie" digne d Ali Express.

To be honest their products in my opinion are 2nd to none. That being said, i have had 3 separate issues with 3 products regarding the battery. The first 2 I hadn’t registered the device so just lost my money but the 3rd I did. The customer service and RMA service was actually great, really fast delivery! In my experience, the volcano is the best desktop vape, the mighty is the most reliable but for best experience the venty takes the lead for portable. The crafty was really good for its size and portability but the battery was terrible, broke really fast. If it wasn’t for the battery issues it would be an easy 5 stars.

Eine Anfrage gesendet bezüglich Update Problemen beim Venty und bis heute keine Anwort erhalten, man merkt deutich das es nicht mehr ein Deutsches Unternehmen ist und von Canopy aufgekauft wurde. seit dem ist der Kundenservice einfach schlecht.

I’ve had crafty and mighty and both were great, then moved up to the Venty and it’s amazing. I had an error course come up and sent an email over to s&b for repair. They asked for a quick video of the fault code and serial number off the back and then the next thing I new, they were sending me a new one, it landed on the door step the end of the next day.
Blown away with the service.

I have owned two of these Venti’s now either of them have lasted more than two months. An error of E04 comes up. Customer service is nonexistent. Do not waste your money on this product. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Venty bricked, support asking for more and more videos once a month.

I have Crafty, Venty, and Volcano. All until Venty was good. They even replaced a broken Crafty that I couldn't charge.

But now with "BRAND NEW VENTY," which stopped working after a couple of uses, and from July, I have tried to get support, and they only ask for more videos.

It is so stupid and upset that you pay 490 euros and get nothing. It feels like a scam. I am moving to another brand.

Upd: gave 5 star, cause in the end support sent new venty instead of broken one

Deutsches Top Unternehmen. Ich konnte eine sehr positive erfahrung sammeln. Ich habe bestellt, bezahlt, und Ware pünktlich wie angegeben erhalten.
Ich wurde per E-Mail und whatsapp über den Versandstatus auf dem laufenden gehalten.

I've been using Storz & Bickel products since I bought a Crafty and moved on to the Mighty and then the Venty. The Venty is hands down the best performing vape I've ever used (I've tried many!) But after 10 months I had an Error04 come up. Storz & Bickel paid to ship it back to Germany and then supplied a brand new unit, all inside of a week. Customer service 101 right there, hard to know what everyone else is whining about. Highly recommended.

Ich habe einen Vaporizer auf Kulanz nach der Gewährleistung bekommen. Mich spricht nicht nur der Service an, sondern auch die Qualität und die Technische "Einfachheit" und Raffinesse der Kühlung sowie der Möglichkeit Ersatzteile zu ordern. Ich bin seit mehreren Jahren sehr zufriedener Kunde.

Ich benutze seit langer Zeit die Geräte von Storz & Bickel. Als mir vor etlichen Jahren der Mighty empfohlen wurde, kam ich nicht mehr von deren Produkten los.

Das Upgrade zum Mighty+ war schon ein riesiges Ding:
•weniger Ladezeit
•USB-C-Ladeanschluss
•geringere Aufwärmphase.

Als ich erfuhr, dass es einen Neuen (Venty) gäbe, musste ich ihn haben. Bestellt und tada, nun ist er mein Eigen:

• Aufwärmphase 18 Sekunden auf 210 °C
• extrem schnelle Ladung mit Ladeschutz für die Batterie
• extrem nützliche App (reine Laufzeit Vapu, Grad einstellbar, Helligkeit der Beleuchtung etc.)
• die Heizkammer ist mittlerweile aus Ceran und verdreckt nicht sonderlich
• der Luftstrom ist einstellbar (sehr geil)
• handlich, klein (MEINE Rakete)

Und es kommt noch so einiges Positives dazu:

• super Kundenservice (super erreichbar/ super nett)
• RMA absolut kein Problem
• Lieferung extrem schnell

Für mich gibt es keinen besseren Vaporizer. Alle meine Freunde & Bekannte sind mittlerweile zu Storz & Bickel gewechselt. Leider habe ich nur mit den Mighty's & Venty Erfahrungen.

Long story short, bought a venty plus some accessories directly from their website on 1st Oct. After 2 days without an email confirmation i tried to contact them, it took a while but they said my purchase was automatically canceled that i had to make the purchase again. I could see in my bank account the money was on hold and they didnt claim it. So i made the purchase again, got the confirmation, after a week or so the venty arrived and eventually the unclaimed money turned back into my account. Now last friday (26 Oct) woke up to less 500€ in the account and started panicking. After talking to my bank they said that the money i was missing was claimed by storz and it was a common practice for companies to do so, so the bank washed their hand off it. As of today(30 Oct) after i tried to emailed them again a couple times I still got no answer whatsoever and had to take money out of the savings so that the bank doesn’t penalize my account for having negative balance. I still can’t understand why i got the unclaimed money back, and then after 2 weeks it just disappeared. The weird thing is that the venty plus the accessories that i ordered and top quality. Im amazed by it. But defensively not worth if you have to pay twice for it.

Beste Geräte bester Service, übertrieben freundlich und kulant. wer sich nach billigeren verdampfern umguckt ist selbst schuld.

Scammers took the money for my venty then tried to chatge an extra €100 before they would deliver it.
It's a classic scam. No refund either..
Do no send Storz and Bickel your money
You will lose it.
