Stars Removals Anmeldelser

Overall communication with Ali was great and team were very good. We opted for the full packing service the day before our move with boxes supplied. The quotation was based on a video recording and very fast and competitive.

Similarly I was initially concerned with a lack of recent reviews but the whole Star team worked very hard and the day went very smoothly despite the distance moving from London to Hampshire.

The professionalism, the time management and the attitude toward the job and to the client. I would rate the company based on my experience I had with them. I had an issue and they have escalated and resolved the same day. Best of luck guys 👍

We overall had a pretty stress-free experience of moving from south London to Stockport with Stars. We opted for the full packing & moving service. Not even a wine glass broken over a 200 mile move.

Was a little sceptical at first of the company's pretty limited online profile, but found manager Ali to be flexible and receptive to our needs. Overall would highly recommend, was considerably cheaper than other quotes.

From making the appointment for an estimate through to completion of the move all went perfectly. Yasir was very prompt with sending out the quote. The removal men arrived on time and were all very pleasant. They were hard working and completed their work quickly at both ends of the journey. Everything arrived safely with no damage. I would recommend Star Removals and would use them again.

They were very kind, on time and always very keen to help. Very efficient, friendly staff. The process was very smooth, everything arrived in good condition. Good service with cheerful, helpful and they are consistently good. Would certainly recommend them.

We can definitely recommend the services provided by Stars Removals. They arrived on time, worked carefully when disassembling and reassembling our furniture, took care of the packages and finished in less time than expected. Kudos for Abdul and Paul for their performance.

Prompt and professional service. I had a piano that needed to be moved into my new flat which required climbing 3 flights of stairs and the workers moved it effortlessly. I will definitely use their service again.

The two gentlemen were very useful and helpul. The van was as big as expected(5.5 tonne).Very sharp timing and called me before they would arrive to let me know.I would highly recommend this company to someone who is moving as they are exactly what you need.Very quick and easy discharge aswell which took stress of my mind.
Thanks alot to Stars Removals.

Best removals!

Stars Removals were great to move with and went above and beyond to help me. They were great at communicating and I felt I could trust them from the outset. Highly recommended for all kinds of removals.

Ali and his team were extremely professional and efficient throughout the entire process from preparing the quote to packing and moving, which made our move run smoothly. I highly recommend Stars Removals.

The van and two men arrived on time and took a lot of care with our belongings and worked very hard.

Upon arrival at the other end nothing was too much trouble to carry each item to the correct location.

Overall a friendly and professional service from experienced movers.

Stars removal were absolutely fantastic!! I’ve moved soo many times in my life, and never have I seen such great people! The 2 men were polite, professional, funny and fast. They took extra care with my belongings.
I was very stressed with the move, and they did an amazing job, I didn’t have to tell them anything. Honestly cannot recommended them enough. I wish the best for the workers, a great asset to the company.

Excellent value for money. A second van needed and arrived within an hour. The three guys worked efficiently cooperatively and politely.
Admin was as promised and completed as requested.
I would recommend Stars as a veteran of many house removals. Thankyou

I was very happy with this company. Reasonably priced. We had a lot of things to move and they were very polite. They efficiently packed everything and delivered appropriately. They also gave good aftercare removing our boxes.

I highly recommend this company. Very good team of movers: capable, careful, methodical, patient, helpful 'will do' approach. Got the job done and were happy to go 'the extra mile.' I wouldn't hesitate using these guys again. A fair price too!

Star Removals moved a packed 4 bedroom-ed house. They were very quick with moving all boxes and furniture. They wrapped pictures and kitchen breakables which was done well. Everything arrived without breakages at the new house. All worked hard throughout both days. Only quibble was that there was a change of plan regarding size and number of vans and people between the two days compared to the quotation discussion. It would have been less stressful if we had been informed. A last minute call was needed for an extra van...but this did arrive and everything was fine in the end.

Very professiona👍the stuff was cooperative and very friendly they mange to put all the furniture on their places although I have narrow doors , honestly I have moved three times this is the best company I have dealed with .

Very professional,Very polite, they were able to move some large pieces of furniture that other firms refuse to or wanted to charge extra to move.very reasonable pricing

Excellent service. Very friendly team. Very competitive price. Filled up a 5.5ton lorry and nothing was damaged. Would definitely use again.
