Una società di incapaci
Una società di incapaci olandese che si è posta l'obiettivo di gestire la consegna di pacchi nel mondo, ma non saprebbero consegnare neanche una pizza dal negozio sotto casa.
Inaffidabili, senza il minimo rispetto del cliente e con tempi di consegna che neanche nell' 800 erano cosi lunghi.
Dopo il ritiro del pacco dal cliente, il pacco va presso il loro "magazzino" a Milano, tempi minimi dai 3 ai 5 giorni lavorativi, da lì con una giacenza di 1/2 giorni viene affidato al corriere reale, in Italia BRT.
Sul loro sito non c'è una pagina dedicata al tracciamento ma bisogna affidarsi a "17track" una società privata che non ha nulla a che vedere con loro.
La maggior parte dei pacchi dopo il ritiro sparisce e l'altra metà ha la stessa sorte dopo l'affidamento al corriere.
Perchè in Italia continuiamo a far lavorare queste società di "parassiti" e delinquenti?
Dimenticavo: servizio clienti inesistente. Società vergognosa.

Ich bestelle seit Jahren online – aber das hier war das mit Abstand schlechteste Erlebnis, das ich je hatte.
Ich habe bei Impericon bestellt, die mit Spring GDS als Versandpartner arbeiten.
Laut deren Aussage wurde mein Paket am 21. Mai übergeben – aber bis heute (Ende Mai) zeigt das Tracking nur „Created“, also angekündigt, aber nie versendet.
Spring antwortet nur standardisiert und verweist auf Impericon – Impericon wiederum verweist zurück. Niemand übernimmt Verantwortung.
Ich habe alles dokumentiert:
– Tracking existiert, aber zeigt keine Bewegung
– Spring findet das Paket nicht
– Impericon antwortet kaum oder schiebt alles ab
Das ist keine Lieferverzögerung – das ist ein komplettes Systemversagen.
Für über 100 € bekomme ich weder Ware noch Klarheit, dafür nur das Gefühl, ein lästiger Fall zu sein.
Und ja – ich will die Ware inzwischen gar nicht mehr.
So ein „Service“ ist für mich erledigt. Nie wieder Impericon. Nie wieder Spring.

Da ex utente registrato devo dire che il servizio funzionava decentemente ma purtroppo :
- ti attirano a registrarti con listino prezzi vantaggioso , che poi viene ritoccato in peggio ogni anno fino a diventare caro quasi come PosteItaliane o simili. Le spedizioni verso USA e CANADA ad esempio sono praticamente raddoppiate in 5 anni. i loro continui rincari mi hanno causato un minore volume di vendite ogni anno e quindi un peggioramento continuo del contratto fino a diventare insostenibile. Non c'è verso di dialogare con il loro reparto commerciale e si limitano a rispondere che "per i miei volumi" quel prezzo è corretto.
Meno spedivo e piu i prezzi di ritiro a domicilio per la loro sede a Novate mi risultavano antieconomici (il prezzo CARO dei ritiri si spalmava su meno pacchetti inviati incidendo sui singoli costi) . Insomma un cane che si mordeva la coda ... Sconsiglio dunque di registrarvi in quanto in qualche anno (per colpa loro) il vostro contratto diventerà obsoleto a meno che non spediate 1000 pacchetti al mese e aumentiate ogni anno i volumi nonostante i loro rincari

I ordered some goods from SmashInn and for some reason they havent managed to sort the dleivery process out. On this occassion they used Spring. My goods sat in their sorting office for 5 days without moving. Not what I would call an effecient and effective delivery system. You are only as good as your weakest link and for SmashInn it's Spring Courier services

Terrible company
Terrible company. I ordered something from a smaller website that uses spring to deliver and I ordered it on April 28th. It was supposed to arrive around the 1st or the 2nd but it got lost at the transfer deep on the 1st. It’s the 8th today and they still haven’t done anything with it. I tried sending them an email with no response. Probably just going to have to eat the $92 dollar cost cause they won’t do anything about it.

Voelt BikeInn zich ook niet verantwoordelijk, waardoor ik het vertrouwen in BikeInn ben kwijtgeraakt!
Ik raad het gebruik van Sping GDS af! (alleen hebben wij als klant vaak niet eens de mogelijkheid om de leverancier van de bestelde goederen te kiezen!)

Tracking was beyond useless. You can not get in contact with them. They claim they tried to deliver my package, since I could not pick it up at a drop off point, I have no reason to believe they were even here.
Tracking mentioned it was in Oslo, Norway for a week ? Why ? I live in Denmark. But the package apparently went from Denmark to Norway and then back to Denmark.
Spring GDS could improve by shutting down their business. They are easily the worst company I have experienced in my 52 years.
