Not worth 1 star. Ordered May 5. Online status shows nothing beyond "ordered." SFI charged my credit card the day the order was taken. Reputable companies charge at time of shipping. Two unanswered emails requesting a shipping update, third email to cancel my order. Filed a disputed charge with my credit card company and lodged a complaint with the Texas AG office.
Update. The day after I emailed SFI cancelling my order and contacting my cc company to dispute the charge I received an email from SFI with a Fedex tracking number indicating my items were received by Fedex in Memphis and are due to arrive 6/15. Too little too late.

I would give a zero if one was available. Ordered 2 scarfs on 4-21 and finally got them about a week ago. The problem is that one was the incorrect team. I have sent numerous e-mails and no response, even though they say they respond to e-mails within 24 hours (NOT). I will try one last email this evening and then I will contact my credit card company. They want to charge your card immediately, but when you need service, they are no where to be found. I think it is unfair to treat people like this during a time when people need certain things. I see from the rest of the reviews that I am not incorrect in my rating. SHAME ON YOU!!

An order was placed and we were told would ship at the end of May. We received an update on May 29 stating it was shipped which took us to Fed Express. Now, over a week later Fed Exp states that only a label has been created and indeed our items have NOT been even submitted to Fed Express. We sent two emails inquiring on the status and an update and TOTAL SILENCE. The first email stating the items have been shipped appears deceptive business practices. The lack of ANY response to the customer service is disrespectful at best.

Terrible experience, I placed an order on May 16, I received confirmation #, but have not received products, I have sent couple of emails & I've demanded a full refund. I have not heard from anyone. Stay away!!

I placed my order on May 1st, received a confirmation email with an order number. I was told it was a PRE-Order and that my items would be shipped no later than the end of May. It is now JUNE 9th. After reading a numerous amount of bad stories dealing with this company I decided to ask for a refund and I have not had a response, and my order status still hasn't changed. I sent them an email on June 3rd 2020. They have no contact number to customer service. I highly doubt that I will see a refund or my items that I ordered....STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...

I also ordered a gaiter scarf on May 9th. It was due to be shipped at the end of May. The order number says has not shipped yet. Shame on me for ordering from a Facebook ad. Never again. I will be contacting my CC company.
UPDATE: I have finally received my gaiter. I haven't opened it yet since it is a gift, but the packaging looks nice.

No customer service number- does not respond to emails, does not ship order as promised. Not sure who runs the company but they should look into something else as they are terrible- would give “zero” stars but this is not an option

Unfortunately i had to give them 1 star. Ordered face masks on May 2nd and like every review no response. Today's June 8th and i sent 2 emails, 1 nice and 1 not so nice. Stay away from SFI it cost me $68.

If I could give it zero stars I would. My experience is the same as others. Promised to ship by end of May and it is June 9, 2020. I have sent two emails since the beginning of June which have been ignored. I will be filing a claim with paypal to get my money refunded.

I ordered gaitor scarves for my family the last week of April. The product had a May delivery date. I’ve emailed the company twice with no response. There is no phone number associated with this website. I went to cancel payment and discovered the company charged my card for a product that has not shipped (no update on order status since placing it). I assume this is a scam company. I will be reporting the, to the FTC.

Ordered one item on May 25 and it’s June 7 and I have no received any confirmation about my order being received. They don’t answer emails . I payed way too much to get this poor service

Ordered May 17th, said it ships in June, I emailed customer service to see when exactly it will ship no one has responded yet, I paid also with Paypal and if they don't give me an update within the next few days, I will also dispute this transaction.

Same as most of the posts on here. Ordered scarfs late April with the end of May shipping promise and when I check the site, the order has not been fulfilled. I think that if I don't see something soon, I will file dispute with my CC company. I am really becoming leary of any Internet store that is not a well-known store because I have at least 5 different items that I cannot get updated tracking or shipment information on. Thankfully, many of them I bought through Paypal, so I have that recourse. Unfortunately, not in this case.

Update: Finally received the scarfs, but only after about 5 emails to the company!!

Same as most of the other reviews, I ordered a gaiter scarf on May 16, 2020 and was told it would ship end of May. I wrote 2 emails asking when it would ship etc. I got a lame generic email that they must send to everyone, that said absolutely nothing about my inquiry and never told me when it would be shipped. When I tried to track the order, all it said was I ordered it on May 16. I would never buy from this company again. I'm also going to complain to the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Placed an order on May 11th for 2 items that were on back order but to be shipped by the end on May. Ran a status tracker from the SFI website and said they have not shipped(no kidding!). Have sent 3 emails this week just asking for a SIMPLE status update and NOTHING! How hard is it to respond to an email asking for status since the items are already paid for?? What kind of business are you running? If it’s the last thing I do, I will do all I can to make sure NOBODY ever places an order with Sports Fan Island. You all are thieves and your customer service or lack thereof is ridiculous. If you are a potential customer go elsewhere. This place sucks!

Simple order for 1 collegiate mask On April 18. It is now June 6th and nothing! Tracking says it should be delivered June 12th. Ridiculous!!!

My experience has been the same as most on this page. My order was to ship by early June. When I go in to check my order, it shows that it has not even been filled yet. Contacting them is useless, as they do not respond. If I don't receive my merchandise within the next week, I will file a complaint with my CC company and attempt to get my $ back.

Update - The items finally arrived. They are of good quality, but the company's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If they would have just communicated/responded to my emails that my items were delayed, I would have never posted them on this site!

My experience is exactly same as Mel (prior review). Ordered end of April with end-of-May delivery... no shipment, no response to multiple emails. Will be disputing the charge/reversing and canceling my order. Run away from this sham of a company!!

Ordered scarves April 23. Today is June 3. No word . No email answer after 3 emails. Already took my money. How are there businesses still going? Why are they allowed to operate?

New post June 2nd 2020; The Sports Fan Island "gaiter scarves" finally showed up today. Every Time, I post on Trust Pilot things get resolved very quickly;
the scarves are quality scarves and look good. They seem to be officially licensed.
The shipping took an extremely long time. The correspondence by email was vague and non-specific and kept referring to tracking which was unclear and only stated that my product had left China on May 5th.
I am glad to finally have my product.

original post here - Sports Fan Island is a web site selling gaiter scarf face masks and attempted to make money off the COVID 19 crisis yes they don't deliver. I am almost certain that somehow Vikingbrand who I also purchased a pack of gaiter scarfs from is associated with Sports Fan Island; maybe they are fronts and fake companies. Instagram needs to take More Responsibility for taking money from these advertisers that may be fake companies stealing money from people. I ordered products from Vikingbrand and from Sports Fan Island the same day, May 1st and have not received my products, outreach to the companies only gets me "your product is on the way" tracking emails. when I click through the tracking button the product still hasn't left China. I suspect Chinese companies taking money and credit card information.
