We ordered 2 masks from them and was notified that there would be a delay in shipping. Totally understand with everything that is going on in todays world. Finally received our masks and one was defective. Sent a picture of it, got a response that next day that they would be replacing it with a new one. Great customer service and communication.

I placed an order onOct.9,they said end of month?Now they are saying end of November?? I need to ship these to ship these items for Christmas..Can't get hold of anyone, And their website is horrible to navigate..of course they charged my account weeks ago.

I read reviews after I had already placed my order, so then began having buyers remorse! Fortunately, everything turned out great! I received my order 5 days from the day I placed my order. I received everything and all items were as advertised. I had a wonderful experience with this, my first order. Sorry that others have had so many issues, but I did not!

This is the worst company in America. SFI has sent my masks to the wrong address twice. They want to reship the mask. Sounds good, but to the wrong address. I’ve tried to give SFI the correct address. I’ve asked for a refund at this point. Its been six months. It takes weeks or monts to get masks delivered to the wrong address.

I had a great experience. Communication was perfect, product arrived quickly and I just ordered more MLB masks for my Braves fan friends. Awesome site - GO BRAVES

A complete and total scam. Simply read the reviews - stay away from this company.

They are a fraud company. Screwed up my order, sent me a gift card to make good but CHARGED ME FULL PRICE,won’t give me a refund or cancel the order. They don’t answer... customer service dept. is a disgrace.

I should check the Reviews before I ordered several Gaiters from SFI & they were terrible. The materials they used were crapped. I would not recommend to buy any products from SFI.

still waiting for my order no response to several emails .delivery date keeps changing no progress on packages. this company is a joke getting ready to contact credit card and bbb.

I ordered gaiter scarves on 4/19/20 and Sports Fan Island guaranteed they would ship sometime in May. On 6/3/20 I got tired of waiting and canceled my order. They shipped the scarves nine days later on 6/12/20, but by then I had already bought other face coverings. I emailed them again to request they stop the shipment. A few days later the overdue scarves arrived, and I didn't even open the package. I'm still dealing with my credit card company contesting the charge and trying to get Sports Fan Island to send me a return shipping label so I can send the scarves back. They want me to pay for shipping!

Placed a preorder in May for a hat that was supposed to ship late July. It is July 28th, no shipping and no response. The hat that I preordered shows as immediately available and back in stock on their site. I would probably get it sooner if I placed a new order today! So unprofessional and no one will return my emails which is the only way to get in touch.

Doesn't deserve a star. My first order never came. I tried one more time and I ordered Auburn face mask for my wife's birthday and they sent Clemson face mask. I've sent messages and no answer. I know why they don't a phone number to many negative calls. I should have read the reviews

I wish I had read these reviews before actually placing an order with this company. Do not order anything from them! I seriously doubt I will receive my order as it has been months. My fault for not researching them first.

Too bad can’t give zero stars. They sent the wrong size mask. I ordered adult and they sent small. Really pissed they won’t respond to my emails because the item is for a birthday gift. Sent photo proof of the wrong item. What company has NO Customer Service Phone number or any number to call???? . I want my $25 back !!!

I wouldn’t recommend this website and I reported it to Facebook and Instagram. I also let everyone to spread the word about this company on social media

Zero Stars! Terrible company. Placed order in early May for items that were to ship in May. When I inquired about the status of the order at the end of May, it took them a week to respond with a generic response with unhelpful information, asking for information that was provided in my original email. I then responded the same day with a request to cancel an order and they refused and were unable to inform me of planned shipping date. After *finally* receiving the items at the end of June, I have written again to the company inquiring about the process for returns and have still not received a response. The company's website has limited contact information (only an email address that seems to be poorly monitored) with no physical address or phone number as other means of communication. Would never order from this company again and recommend no one days. Have reported them to BBB.

Placed order on May 16, 2020 and it is NOW June 27, 2020 and STILL no delivery!!! After several emails to this company, the ONLY time they replied is after I used this "Trust Pilot" complaint page! So here I am complaining AGAIN!! REFUND please!!!

Placed my order May 16, 2020 and it FINALLY arrived July 3, 2020. Everything was exactly what I ordered and I'm satisfied with the products, but the problem is that this company had NO CUSTOMER SERVICE or response to its customers' inquiries and that's not good!! You know how when you're shopping online and you see something you like and you wish you could have it right away so you buy it on impulse?? Well this order took so long to arrive that the excitement of receiving it faded away!! I realize we're in a pandemic and that these orders were PROBABLY coming from China. When your customers spend over a hundred bucks with you (or ANY amount of money) we just want a status update --- that's all!! So I'm giving them 4 stars on the product and 0 stars on the customer service...
