Item was not as advertised on the website. Sent emails requesting information on how to return item. The company has not responded to my emails.

This company is the worst and their products are so cheaply made. DO NOT BUY!

000000 stars! Not even worthy of 1 star but I accidentally clicked on 1 and if wouldn’t let me remove. I ordered 2 packs of Patriots face masks for my husband and father for Father’s Day on June 5. I have written 3 emails since inquiring about the delivery. Not one response. I should have known when I saw that there was no phone number. What company doesn’t have a phone number to reach a customer service rep? Horrible.

I ordered from them in beginning of may after 10 days I wrote them to find out update on order for the gaiter scarfs. They emailed me back ensuring that it can ship on may 1st or may 31st however it’s guaranteed to ship in may. So I wait june 1st I check order “still not shipped” so I write one email to get update, I got nothing. I wrote second email and got nothing again. I wrote third email and I got nothing again!! Not even an update or opportunity to get my money back. They have 0 customer service. I’m giving it another 48hrs before I leverage my large network online to let everyone know what kind of business they are running here at SFI.

Lol I have confirmation email from beginning ??? They say 24/7 customer service , lol no replies!!! Please we work hard for our money to be ripped off by scams like this plus during this time . I NEED MY masks or MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased an item on4/28/20 and never received the item and no response to my seven emails. They have no listed phone. Don’t lose your money like I did. Go somewhere else.

I, too, have not received my three items that I ordered in April - "shipping in May" - of what year?? I have emailed that as to the status of my order - no response as of yet. They'll "take your money and run". Horrible - no more words.

I am warning you - Do not place an order. I am so disappointed & found company on facebook. Placed order in April and charged right away. Order has not shipped & contacted customer service many times & can’t get a response. Site says 24/7 customer svc. Only contact is by email. Please don’t order from this company!!!!!!

I would have given no stars. I order items that were to be sent after June 1. Sent two emails to get an update, no response. They have already taken my money. I am disappointed. First bad experience ordering from an unknown company. Wont happen again. I rather spend more from a trusted source. So much for trying to show support to a new busines that just took my money without sending out the merchandise.

This website is a scam. It's been over a month since I ordered from them and I have not received my merchandise. They refuse to refund my credit card or give me an update on when my merchandise will be shipped.

I ordered 2 items, they took my money and I have received NOTHING!!!!! I e-mailed them and NO response. This is unbelievable that a company can do this to consumers!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!! Not sure who else to contact!!!!

I’m going after Shopify. They are the business that powers these thieves. Shopify has sent responses and are at least looking into the alleged business. I have also filed a report to the BBB. Shopify should be held responsible since they got the business going. I’ll keep us posted.

This place deserves no stars bad customer service these people ignore your emails and I want a refund just like everybody else. I ordered in April said it was gonna be shipped me nope it’s been extended I asked for a refund they ignore me. Same problem everyone else has this place is a scam!!!

I have reached out through IG and email with no response. I need my money back or an update with shipping. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will he reporting to the better business bureau if I don’t hear something soon.

I ordered two gaiters (pre-sale) in April, supposed to ship in May. When I track the order it tells me the order doesn't exist! I send emails and get no response. Clearly it looks like I have been scammed! Buyer beware!

I order the Gaiter Scarf in April pre-order. Here it is June 10th and I haven't received anything. I was charge for the product. I order a pair of swim trunks thinking ok, I should receive these in an timely manner. I've reached out to them via email two days ago and haven't heard one word. This website is a complete scam. What company you know doesn't have a 1800 number for customer service. Live and learned lesson

I ordered 2 sets of masks in April. I was told they were on backorder I respected that. I was told in may I would receive masks. I never got them ,in fact never heard from them personally until May 27th where they mailed me saying early June would be the date they ship to me. June 9 now and I have not heard from them and the tracker says they haven't even shipped. Horrible customer service and I would be shocked now if they deliver period.

This company doesn’t even deserve a star. Customer service is atrocious. I placed an order on 4/18 for 4 scarves (order # ECSFI717255) My CC was immediately charged and was assured I would get my items in MAY. Sent an email on 5/16 (their website says they respond within 24-48 hrs). I received a response on 5/22 (6 days later!). Their response was that it would ship by end of May and I would receive good between 7-10 days. They said they were working AHEAD of schedule?!?! What?!? More like BEHIND schedule. On 6/1 I sent a follow-up email requesting status of order and if it was not shipped that week, I would like a refund. It is now 6/9 (8 days later) and have not had a response, no refund noted on CC and when I track my order it says my items have not yet shipped. It’s been 7.5 weeks. This is horrible and they need to be shut down. They are stealing money from people.
