I disliked the fact that senior people are disadvantaged to being tested under the so-called health and safety issues. It appears one chair fits all is not appropriate.

Plus I booked for an eye test but felt I had no option to complete a hearing test

before coming in was so scared but upon arrival I was greeted so warmly and the team were so polite I think they knew I was very nervous ,the lady made the process so nice even though I was scared at first I was reassured I was in a safe place and im super grateful for the team the help me heal my eye and were also very good at making sure I knew exactly what was happening and how to handle the treatment , I got home and I was still blown away at the service I got i went and took some sweet treats back in for the staff to enjoy, the were so appreciative and at first wouldn't take the sweets because they said its just part of the job. ive been many places and never had the same treatment I received here. im so grateful for the experience and happy for specsavers that they have such beautiful mannerd and genuine employees

The staff were very friendly and supportive. They took the time to understand our needs and helped us choose the right products.

I also ordered contact lenses through the Specsavers website, and the ordering process was simple and convenient. The only difficulty was identifying which contact lens was for the left eye and which was for the right eye when each eye had a different prescription. Making this clearer on the website would be very helpful.

It would also be great to see more affordable prices or special discounts for students. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would recommend Specsavers.

Staff were very helpful, the eye test was quick and easy! they helped me pick some frames that I liked and it arrived ahead of time. Highly recommend this store

I had amazing experience with optometrist she had lots of patience while doing my eye check up. And Sam was amazing with her customer service.

Not satisfied with the glasses what I purchased. I required a glasses which can be safe to drive, but the glasses I received was not what I expected with no sun tint.

I have been having trouble with my glasses since I first got them and they were 470 dollars, its the framesi have had trouble with, second frame after lensfell out and the nose pieces keep falling off,and i emailed them after multiple times going back to specsavers .The lady from the shop i got them from phoned me and said she was going to talk to the manager and be back to me in 5 minutes and I never heard back like another time. LAST TIME I USE THEM

I placed an order for contact lenses online on June 26th for an expected dispatch in 1-2 days.

I then had next update on July 9th to say they have delays with their delivery.

I asked for my order to be canceled so I could re order elsewhere and instead I was reassured they would get me a free trial pair to time me over and an accurate ETA.

I've still heard nothing more and it's now July 18th.

Shocking customer service and monumental failure on delivery expectations. Give me my money back.

Good reliable service from lovely people. It's good to have the continuity from one eye test to the next. Prices are reasonable.

The appointment was great. The staff at Queenstown Specsavers were amazing. The man who did my eye test was really helpful and very knowledgeable and I felt in very experienced hands. Delighted with the service.

The only seriously annoying thing about Specsavers is the harassment to make an appointment, and then once you have, you receive a couple of emails confirming, a text message on your phone - and I also received a phone call just after 8.30am on a Sunday confirming a mid-morning Monday appointment! I almost cancelled the appointment before I went as I felt seriously harassed and who calls that early on a Sunday! However once there, it was very professional and I was pleased I went.

The personable & professional manner of each team member was outstanding.
