Bought the filter holder for my Dualit kettle and they realised I hadn't ordered the filter to go inside....they sent if for free! Amazing company and service, fast delivery too!

I use Spares2go site for all household appliance parts.
However there was an issue with my most recent order, a Heating Element for a Dimplex Storage Heater.
Not sure IF my heater is faulty or the element was faulty, I contacted the Company & without delay got a reply from Des the Customer Services Manager.
As a gesture of goodwill they are sending me a free-of-charge replacement.
You can't expect better service than that!

Amazing customer service team. The part, a Dualit filter, arrived promptly but didn’t fit. They followed up the problem with Dualit. When it couldn’t be resolved agreed to replace filter + new holder free of charge. Without being asked. Exemplary service indeed.

Very prompt response to my enquiry and extremely helpful in arranging fast delivery for an urgent cooker part.

I spent hours online trying to find a replacement bowl for my old Moulinex 890 food processor. I love this processor! After ordering one from a different company that was too small, I found spares2go that described the bowl with the measurements of 18cm at top and 17cm at the bottom. This was my bowl’s measurements so I crossed my fingers and ordered. It took a few weeks to get to the US but it arrived in perfect condition and a perfect fit. Excellent!!

My Electrolux cleaner is so most 40 years old, so i had great difficulty in finding a replacement belt until I contacted spares2go. Within a month they found exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend this company

Needed a new oven door seal, went to their website with my model number and it gave me a couple of options, i chose one order and paid, I got a receipt for my order, notification of it being despatched and it arrived 24 hours BEFORE I was expecting it.
Offered up and fitted perfectly.

I would like to thank you for your amazing service. My order arrived on Saturday but unfortunately the box had been opened and the part was missing. I emailed straight away and received a very apologetic email stating another item would be sent. I received another part 2 days later and I now have a working vacuum. Keep up the good work Spares2go!!!

Never received the I ordered and paid for. They always had an excuse like waiting for the shipment from supplier. A scam as far as I am concerned

Fully followed thru with my order! Ordered a part for an appliance from Spares2go. Could not find this part anywhere in North America. Spares2go found it for me!! It took a couple of months, but they never gave up. Notified me when it shipped from them to me. I had the part within a week of them shipping it to me. Recommend them to others: BE PATIENT if you are looking for a unique, older, or special part for an appliance. They must have scoured the landscape to find this, and then sent it on to me. Appreciate them not giving up until they located the part.

I had used this company a couple of times and they had alway managed to produce the part I required. However this time, their supplier could not supply the part for my mincer, but Spares2go persevered for several months in finally sourcing out the part . I am most grateful for their efforts.

Used this company a number of times - all excellent service.
This latest transaction earned a gold star. I bought a replacement brush head for my Dyson Cleaner - after ten months this one also failed me.
My husband suggested I dig out the invoice and find out if it was still under warranty. I rang Spares2go, spoke to a charming lady who told me it was still warrantied and said another one would be with me in a few days time.
It is now fixed to my lovely Dyson and all is back to normal.
I have certainly found this to be an excellent company and the staff they employ are first class!

Sent the wrong part - not once but twice. Then failed to reply to any mom my support requests. Just rubbish. Don't even bother!
