Unfortunately I have seen the reviews after my order. So far the same experience as other people. Two weeks since my order and it has not been received. No response to emails and not answering the phone. Very disappointing!!!
Appalling service. Ordered a rose gold shark wand and they sent me a battered black wand that was the wrong size. I fully understand mistakes happen so I emailed them to rectify it. Absolutely no reply whatsoever. I’ve emailed them again since and still no reply. Basically they are ignoring me. I want my money back!

I spent 50 minutes listening to awful music on the phone waiting for them to answer, eventually I gave up!
Also emailed them asking them to let me know what they were doing, nothing back😡
Poor customer service
Places an order on the 14th April, I still haven’t received my item. No conformation email. No reply to emails. Never answer the phone. Can’t even get in touch for a refund! Poor
Lack of communication. Delivery was certainly not next day. Took over 2 weeks to arrive and half the order is missing. Have emailed Huva several times and no reply.
The replacement head arrived and had not been “refurbished” as stated. He stank and was filthy. Tried to contact HUVA with no response

Will be taking this though the small claims court to get money back and informing trading standards
Still not delivered 21 days after placing order.
Told by Evri on 14 April it was on its way. Not good service by Evri which continues to tell me that goods are in transit to me - hopeless.
Despite first giving helpful response that they were chasing Evri, the supplier Huva has now gone completely quiet when asked for substitute or reimbursement.
If Trustpilot would allow me to award no stars I would do so as I am completely disappointed by my experience 3 weeks on.

we ordered a Henry Dual Speed 1200W HVR200A Vacuum Cleaner Red on the 9/3 for next day delivery, after lots of correspondence we were repeatedly told 'it will be shipped tomorrow' so after a month we pulled the plug and filed a charge back, this obviously spurred some action their site and suddenly a parcel arrived at the door saturday(18/04) however it is the incorrect hoover(HVR160-11) with no attachments or hose that has arrived! we will be seeking a refund and return at their expensive/inconvenience.

Very good service ordered a shark vacuum no problems with it shipping was fast and it works perfectly
I only have given Huva 1 star because I couldn't give them zero or a minus.
The item I bought didn't work, and was the wrong colour.
I e-mailed numerous times asking how I could return the item and never received a response.
£50 down the drain.

The company sent the wrong item and has ignored four email requests for a return. The item is unusable. Very poor customer service — I won’t be using this company again. Avoid.

Very quick delivery product came well pack and very good condition and .got the colour I wanted so pleased with this service. Thank you
AVOID! I ordered a grade A reconditioned vacuum cleaner in February and they sent the wrong model. They tried to tell me it was a free upgrade. I asked for the correct one to be sent as a replacement. They sent the wrong model again, but this time it looked like it had just spent the last 20 years on a building site. I returned both of them by courier and am still waiting for a refund in April, despite them saying the refund is being processed. Don't waste your time with them.

Ordered a floor nozzle from Huva. It broke after using it for 2 months. It took over a week to get in touch with Huva. I was told that the item was still under warranty and I just needed to return it to get a replacement. Had to phone Huva after a week as they did not send the return slip and postage. Finally returned the item and waited for replacement which didn' t arrive. Phone Huva again. They said they will send the replacement straight away but if I didn't receive it they will refund me. Item never arrived and I had to phone Huva at least twice to get the refund which didn't materialise until I sent Huva an official letter.
I would not recommend that company.

Ordered a part for a hoover on 12/3/26....called them on 17/3/26 and was told it would be dispatched on 18/3/26 and delivered on 19/3/26.
It is now 23/3/26 and still no delivery, have sent messages on the online chat but never get a reply, tried calling this morning but no answer. Will never use again

The item functions perfectly well, but I’d question if the item should really be classified as Grade A cosmetically. The body of the product is quite tarnished with lots of the surface scratched from heavy usage, the item it has replaced was in far better cosmetic condition. It works well which is the most important thing, but I’d urge the company to include a separate rating for cosmetic condition so the expectations can be more realistically met.
