You cannot cancel a order, even if you cancel within 2 minutes!!!
They don’t want to know
Seeing the reviews below, realised that these heads have bad reviews, but couldn’t cancel within 2 mins
So had to pay return postage, rather do that than buy from this company again. I spent £55.50 the day before, no problems diferent product. But out of principle will not use again.

The parts have been a waste of money they block and don’t last very long. I’ve only used one of them because they’re so bad. I have my own cleaning business and have numerous fusing appliances and have been very happy with other products I have purchased from this company but I’m very disappointed with this purchase

This is a terrible vacuum head. It makes horrible loud whining noise. It doesn’t suck close to the edges of the room and it drains the vacuum’s battery excessively. It the dust pickup on carpet is very poor. I wish I could return it. No issues with the seller, just a terrible product.

Faulty item, broke down after use, seller refused partial/full refund since had been used. Avoid. Poor quality and bad customer service. Previous customers disatisfied with similar parts.

Not good would not recommend as the rolls only go round off the floor not on the carpet he say my tube is be blocked but if all other adapters work is not blocked tube cheap copy save money buy one which from Dyson or secondhand one .

Extremely helpful, quick to respond and competitively priced - what more can be said. I am a returning customer and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I ordered a part for a Dualit Coffee maker on 6th April 2021and my order was duly acknowledged with an estimated delivery time. This past and on requesting an update was informed that the part was on back order. I can appreciate that with Brexit/Covid some supplies have been delayed, however since then I have emailed 3 times requesting an update I have not received any reply from this company. In my last email I requested a refund but again my email was not responded to. I will be sending a final email today to see if I can get a response/refund. If again I do not receive a satisfactory reply I will be contacting my card company and/or seeing how I can claim against the business..

Update : the company did refund my money after the email - however no email apology in response though

Placed an order on 29th April.
Assumed item was in stock. Asked for an update on 8th May and was told the item was on back order. Heard nothing further by 18th June and so requested a refund. Heard nothing further and so requested a refund again on 23rd June. Heard nothing further again and so requested a refund again this afternoon. Still no reply and so time to provide feedback on Trustpilot.

Never received the item. Spares to Go said item was delivered even though we received no email, text or no one signed for the item.
Spares to Go said it was my problem to sort out delivery. I checked with Royal Mail who said they could only talk to the seller.
Theft by stealth. Took payment and did not deliver goods. Avoid at all costs.
Amazon said this was not acceptable and organised a full refund.

I always get all my goods from Appliances 2go. I have been shopping with them for years. I am now disabled and trust Darren to choose what I need and he has never let me down. If something was ever a problem then I know it would be immediately rectified without hesitation. Dealing with this company is like dealing with family, its the way they choose to operate their business and I would advise anyone to put their trust in this team,they are lovely guys!!👍👍👍

I found this company most unhelpful after messaging them about changing my order. They did not reply to my emails and I had no other way to contact them. I don't trust them with my money as their delivery times are vague and you may get caught out waiting for an item to arrive and then not have any time left to raise a dispute if there are any problems. I found their lack of reply to my emails just plain rude and unprofessional.

I cancelled my order with this because of this.

I will recommend this company to everyone. The part I needed was easy to find, very easy to order and arrived very quickly.

Ordered parts for my Electric Fire they sent me tracking info and it would be delivered today Saturday 16.01.21 and approximate time and sure enough it did and works perfectly. Sent a returns form as well just in case. Will use these again no messing

Extremely courteous and efficient service. When the initial replacement part sent was unfortunately damaged in transit, Spares2go immediately responded to an email and arranged for another part to be dispatched.

I needed a new oven shelf but was struggling to find one to fit (& that didn't cost a fortune). Spares 2 Go helped me to find the right product at a very competitive price. I found them helpful & friendly and the item arrived in good time. I would not hesitate in recommending Spares 2 Go. Thank you!

I ordered two items and the first delivery contained only one of them. I contacted Spares2go and they rectified this and the second item was also with me within a couple of days. So, despite the glitch, both items were delivered well within their estimated delivery window.

Do not buy from this bunch of cowboys, miss leading advert so recieved the incorrect goods, best laugh is they expect me to pay to send goods back also completly ignoring Amazon not a smart move

Moved house and was confronted with an old (2000) noisy Smeg twin fuel cooker. Asked the local Smeg authorised dealership to visit but was declined because the cooling fan was now obsolete. As a long shot I asked Des. He requested a photo and replied promptly with a new and unused one saying 'this could well do the job'. And so it has. Plus I could specify Royal Mail delivery.

Perhaps the poor reviewers had bad luck? We found Spares2go excellent - helpful, quick to respond and asked sensible questions to ensure they supplied the correct products. Why not 5 stars? Because the delivery was a bit slow; not a real problem, but sufficiently delayed for us to wonder if we should chase.

Do not use this firm.They took money immediatley two months ago and then nothing. No goods no reply to emails. Awful service.

Fake! Don’t buy from them!!!! I ordered a spare part and have never received it. It has been several months now. I have emailed them many times and they keep on saying to check with the local post office. I have received many parcels from other companies without any issue!
They haven’t offered to give me a refund or to send a new part to me!
Very bad customer service!!!
