You came when you said and took the old shed away .Then Micky and Dave came to put the new one up consulted me all the time did a terrific job in no time with no mess whatsoever.I would recommend your firm anytime I am sorry I can’t send a photo now it has been stain.

I have recently purchased an insulated log cabin from Solid Sheds. Mel based at High Legh Garden Centre was excellent. Everything was organised for me from start to finish. I am delighted with the cabin and look forward to using it throughout the year.

Delivered and erected on the date as given initially. Rubber roof to be fitted separately due to the rain and once that is all sorted it will be a great addition to running my business.

Well, excellent sales team, very helpful as were the staff at the head office. Actually the delivery/erection team were very good too, very efficient and cleaned up after they had finished.
What was less good, was after complying with their request to phone the afternoon prior to delivery for an eta, they arrived at the delivery point early. This may seem trivial but the homeowner is an anxious single female who was relying on me to be there before they arrived and incidentally I arrived before the given eta. this information was given to the sales team at time of ordering.
having said all that I cant fault the product.

From start to finish everything went smoothly. Very good quality sheds, the lads made a great job erecting it.

Sales team very helpful, Jiri and Tony erected our shed very helpful, polite and hardworking.
Team who removed our old shed let the team down as one of them was quite ignorant, they drove off without saying anything and left a mess behind hence only 4 star rating and not 5.

Good quality shed. Fitting by Jiri and Tony was quick and efficient with good advice given about future maintenance. Can’t fault service given.

From ordering of Julie to installation everything went to plan great quality and very hard working the two lads who installed the shed.

A first class service - especially the installation - and a well made product. A great deal better than most sheds i looked at before ordering.

Great company from start to finish. The salesman Simon at Leyland was really chatty & friendly, gave me some great advice and purchase was smooth. The delivery guys Ste & Dave were just as accommodating, got the job done quikly, friendly & easy to have a laugh with. Also did me a massive favour on the day when i told them what my building was to be used for🐈‍⬛🐈🤣 They were brilliant, no issues at all, nothing was too much for them.

Excellent all round from the initial meeting with the salesman right up to the final delivery all very straight forward and a good top quality product.

Great experience from first meeting the salesman Tony at the Leyland branch who helped and guided us through or Ultra garden room purchase. The whole process has been a pleasure and all the customer service people have helped and planned the process.
The team who put it up worked for 8 hours and were a credit to the company. Thank you Lewis and Bradley.
Danny the electrician was was very helpful and efficient.
John and Jack have just boarded and plastered the room and again were really friendly and chatty.

Everything from dealing with Ken at Ladygreen to fulfilment of the order with Karl & Andy at delivery and installation was positive. Our initial queries were answered clearly, we knew exactly what to expect. We were given a delivery & installation date at order which was adhered to. Karl & Andy worked diligently to construct the potting shed and we are delighted with the results. Thanks to everyone in the team involved with our experience.

We’ve been researching our purchase of a workshop and garden room for over 12 months and have visited solid sheds at High Leigh garden centre , Warrington around 8 times. We had finally decided today on what spec we wanted …or so we thought . This was our 2nd discussion with Mel and he gave us some new ideas to consider for the garden room sizing , (we had gone to big for our purpose ) position of windows and doors . Even ideas we’d not thought of such as a curved desk inside to utilise the space . The catalogue is great but can’t replace discussing tailor made options and bouncing ideas around . Todays visit was very helpful for us , he has given us food for thought . Mel is coming to our site next week to check the area for proposed installation.
It’s very refreshing not to have hard sell, totally relaxing experience . Long May it continue .

Right from the start of the process of ordering a new shed, the Solid Sheds team at Byrkley Park Garden Centre were focused on customer care ensuring we got the right product for our needs by guiding us through the process. Due to circumstances changing at our end we had to delay twice. The changes were made without a problem. Jim was particular in ensuring everything was going to plan. The installation team Gerry and Tony were without doubt, early, efficient and careful showing great respect for the shed, its siting and careful erection. We are delighted with the building; it is so well constructed with attention to detail and all our specification. Well done to the whole team.

Excellent service from start to finish. Julie in the office, who processed the order, was very helpful in ensuring we got everything sorted with our order, always ready to answer any query and sort out the detail. Phone calls were responded to promptly, unfortunately not always the case with some organisations. The shed was installed on the 12th June, one of the hottest of the year. Despite the heat Jiri and Tony were not fazed and commenced to quickly and efficiently install the shed. They then ran us through any necessary further maintenance we may need to do to ensure we got the maximum benefit from the building. All in all a painless home project with five star service we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
