Exceptional service, and a response to any questions so quickly, that I would never go anywhere else. I even use this team for my small family business and my current employer. I’ve been so happy for so many years that I quickly changed to them when changing my employer.

I sent a query through online and received a call quickly. Rob was friendly and helpful. We agreed to go ahead and the process was easy, quick and we are happy. We were already using the software, just an older version, so it was quite simple for us.

We had Rob come to our office and deliver ACT! CRM training to 4 members of staff. Training was clear, concise, informative and engaging. Not only did Rob ensure everyone understood, he also explained how ACT! is relevant to our company procedures, each individual job roll and adapted the system to accommodate those uses effectively. An excellent service and one that will ensure that moving forwards we are using the system to its full potential. Rob was also very professional, friendly and approachable which made the whole learning experience more enjoyable. Will use again.

Another great interaction with Softext. Called up regarding installation of software on new laptop, and the softext team were able to remotely install the application software and have me back up and running in no time.
