Great experience from Rob, Jake and the team helping with the ACT! CRM. From tender through to implemetation nothing is too much effort, and the customer service delivered has been faultless. The whole team are very honest and will give you great advice on how to improve processes and get the most out of the system. They are happy to help with any queries. Would highly recommend using them!

Sage Training for Beginners Anyone could do
I have just completed the Sage Training for Beginners. The workbook explained most things in a way that I was able to follow apart from a couple of instances when I didn't know the information was just for information only. I contacted Robert, my tutor, in an email and he explained this to me. Although I only had to contact him twice, I knew he was there to help me if I got stuck. The course was due to last six months and I think I completed in just over half that although I did take my time and only did it when I felt like it, without disciplining myself into a regular time or day.
I feel very proud to have done it and now I have a lovely certificate displayed above my desk.

Had a days remote training for Sage 50 Accounts for a group of us (seeing as Sage no longer offer any training!)

Great service
As always when I have to contact Softext they are one of the most helpful companies I have to deal with. Robert made sure the transition from one computer to another was seamless and also helped with some changes which will make my it a bit easier in the future. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as a company to deal with.
