Excellent support
Excellent support. I had quite a few questions about how to best use the software on a number of occasions and the response was quick each time, easy to follow and the guidance got me where I wanted to be quickly too. Unlike many support providers I deal with, the response time from Softext has not slowed down once they have your money in their bank. Jake you have the patience of a saint to keep helping me, thank you.

Jake is amazing, always really helpful and nothing is too much trouble for him. He always fixes any issues promptly, which are always my own fault! Customer service is outstanding and if I could give 10 stars or more, I would! Thank you for all your support.

Great Service and support from Softext
We have purchased Sageline50 from Softext and upgraded during the last few years.
On both occasions we have had the excellent service and customer support.
We found Softext to be competitive on price, very helpful in determining which package fitted our needs and the support throughout has been second to one.

Act Database upgrade
Act Database upgrade - After dreading a long overdue upgrade of our Act Database we found the whole experience easy, convenient and refreshingly painless. The IT technician we dealt with called as arranged, was very polite and friendly and not in the least bit patronising. We felt able to ask any questions and did not feel rushed when talked through any of the guidance offered. So far we have not experienced any problems and would definitely recommend Softext for an Act installation or upgrade.
