I have recently undertaken the Sage Accounts and Payroll courses with Jayne. This was a virtual one to one course. It was insightful and really helpful. Having the tips, tricks and background information will really be of use and I will continue to use these daily.

Having moved to a new company, I really wanted to ensure that I was able to deliver on my personal objectives and one was transitioning from manual to software tools. Robert assisted me with everything from setting up, access and downloading the relevant information. This is service I really did not expect as I use other similar online training tools and get nothing near this support. I would recommend this service to anyone looking to do online study/training

Every time I call, the staff are happy to help and always resolve any issues I have, often providing more information than they have to. Very friendly and supportive.

Every time I have contacted softext with any query about my sage software, which I purchased from them, I have found the office staff, Robert and Jake really really helpful, and very knowledgeable in the sage software and IT skills. They have always helped and put me back on track with the software etc. I can highly recommend them if you are looking for a company to provide sage software and support, at a cheaper and better service than sage themselves.

The SAGE training provided to us by Claire over three days was excellent. Claire quickly assimilated our knowledge and experience and identified the areas where we needed help and support. Her approach was helpful, pragmatic and realistic and has given us a clear outline of the topics where we need to concentrate our efforts with regards to our accounts.
