Great experience with this company. Rory was superb at identifying issues and potential issues with my new house. Super fast turnaround of documentation as well. Flawless in my opinion and my standards are high.

I had an amazing experience, they offered me convenient time despite being relatively close of my completion date. When I arrived, Tony had already done one the outside of the address. They were efficient and efficacious, I felt they were thorough but didn’t take any longer than needed. Tony went above and beyond. They told me I would receive the report within 48 hours, yet I was lucky enough to only wait 24! I would highly recommend them

Had a post completion snagging done by Graham Guppy, he was extremely thorough and had great attention to all details, definitely recommend and also would do a pre completion survey to not have any surprises we had. He also was very personable and supportive on my endless questions!

Rory, who carried out the survey, was excellent – he went above and beyond, and his attention to detail was second to none. The optional drone inspection was well worth it, as it revealed problems with the guttering that wouldn’t have been visible otherwise.

I first contacted the team last thing on a Friday afternoon before a bank holiday weekend when everyone probably wants to be heading home - but they took the time to go through things with me over the phone and explain their different services, so that made a great first impression.

The online booking system was easy to use, the report was clear and easy to understand and they turned it around within 24 hours as well.

Our site team have been happy with the report as well as it makes their life easy when working through the snags as they have a ready made list now!

I booked with the professional snagging company after my previous snagger didn’t respond. I booked an appointment within 2 days after a phone call with them. They were very helpful, answered my questions politely and rang back when they missed my initial call. Reasonably priced and is definitely worth the money for a new build home. They found a lot of snags which we never would have that quickly. I was very impressed with the man who came and took a look at our house. He also was polite and answered some general questions we had that weren’t about the snagging job itself. Highly recommend and reliable.

Great service. A very thorough survey was undertaken & I was talked through the results at the end. The full written report followed 2 days later. It’s given me peace of mind that all my snagging has been identified and I can now work with the house builders to get them resolved. I would highly recommend this service.

Rory was punctual, efficient and thorough! He talked me through a lot of the snags he was finding, and made sure I understood the snags that were major issues so that I can effectively pass them on to the developers. Glad we had this done, as we have moved into a new build and would not have spotted 70% of the snags he picked up on!

This was my first time buying a house and was unsure about how to snag properly. This process was made so easy and the report with pictures was amazing to be able to reference. Definitely noticed things I would have missed. John was amazing!
