We have purchased an Electric Wheelchair and large mobility scooter from SMART MOBILITY OF LUTON. in both cases we experienced and excellent knowledgeable personal service from Balba. The mobility scooter was specifically to go round a muddy field. Balba specified and quickly supplied a 3 foot wide scooter with 8in wide tyres. The electric wheelchair was specifically for my wife with Parkinson’s and had to be easy to control. I have not quoted the makes supplied because it is better to seek Balba’s advice for your particular requirements.

The service we received from Balber from our first online enquiry to the delivery of the SupaScoota was first class and so easy. Balber very kindly deliver the scooter to our house and showed us in detail how it worked. Thank you very much. Amazing service.

I wanted a scooter for my brother and went online to order one, the company gave a phone number so I contacted them, and was I glad I had done. It turned out the scooter I was going to buy was not suitable for the terrain where my brother lives and Balber advised me having first looked at google maps to check the area, had he not done so I would have spent the best part of 2k on something that would a waste of money.
All throughout the ordering he was most helpful. and has even made a call to see how my brother was managing, and to give further assistance.
I would give him more stars if they were available as he has saved us wasting money.

I would like to thank Balba, for his help and assistants throughout the process of buying a scooter. Very knowledgeable had a lot of time to discuss pro's and con's with purchase, and form filling. No pressure selling. If you are thinking of buying, I would certainly recommend this company, competitive prices.

Looked at lots of sites advertising the DRIVE folding scooter but none had it in stock till I found Smartstore they had it and could deliver within 5 days they were very helpful and kept me informed all the way. I choose the special delivery and it came within 3 days the man who brought it unpacked it set it up whist explaining its workings and answering my questions, he did not leave till he had put it on charge and I was happy. An excellent service from start to finish

I have just bought a Reno Elite powerchair from Smart Mobility. The chair itself is excellent - I have used a previous model, and it was fine, but this one seems a significant improvement: it has got bigger wheels, so works better over rough pavements etc, but it somehow packs away more easily than the earlier model, which is important too. The service I got from Smart Mobility was outstanding. I had a few requirements which they dealt with efficiently, and they were very pleasant to deal with. Chair and seller highly recommended.

My new 'SupaScoota Sprint Hd Folding Mobility Scooter' has arrived, it is excellent on hilly streets and turning around in small spaces. It covers more miles than my previous Scooter. It folds up small and is lighter to lift into car boot. It looks very 'sporty' according to my husband. It is very 'trim'.
Smart Scooter gives excellent service and quick help but I wish that the delivery person had had full knowledge of this make of scooter, so that he could answer my questions but Balba helped me.

Excellent friendly service. They were able to deliver the chosen scooter ahead of original delivery date. On day of delivery they arrived when they said they would. The delivery people took the time to explain and demonstrate everything clearly to my mum. I received a follow up call from Smart Mobility to make sure that I was happy with the scooter and service.

Excellent service, as usual, Balba and his assistant did a brilliant job getting my new scooter to me ASAP, just in time for it's first trip abroad next Monday !
Great value scooter (Shoprider Valencia) the largest I've found that goes on a plane and trains that's also big enough to haul this lump about!

Smart Mobility were the cheapest I found on the internet to purchase a Maximo Plus scooter. That said, I purchased 2; one for my mother and the other for my son. Both Dan and Balba were extremely professional. Their customer service skills were excellent and as such they made me feel like a valued customer. I was very pleased with the delivery service and the after sales follow up service I received from Balba.

My wife researched a scooter online, then made the order on the well-designed website (over the weekend), thereafter we promptly received a call to clarify everything, reminding us to fill out the VAT exemption form.

It arrived on time, was assembled and demonstrated by lovely staff, there was a follow-up call a few days later to check on progress and remind us to follow the charging instructions!

On the whole, I cannot think of anything that Smart Mobility could do to make the process any better.

I spent a long time deciding which chair to buy,having decided the Cosi chair ambassador was the one for me I set about finding the best price.
It must have been my lucky day as smart mobility was the cheapest by a long way, so thinking the service would be rubbish I phone, how wrong I was the service was as good as the price.so don’t wast your time just phone smart mobility.
