Very great service! Fast response and quick pick up. I contacted them last minute, as they couldn’t fit my address in before the end of the day my rubbish was picked up 7am next morning which was great.

Very easy to book online and prices are reasonable compared to skip hire. Even better, all of the moving and lifting is done for you! The people collecting the items were fantastic. Very helpful and efficient. They checked and double checked to make sure they were taking all items. I was very impressed with the whole service.
Only improvement would be to narrow the collection window or send a text when they were on the way.

Arrived on time, called and let me know he was coming, fitted way more in the van than expected with zero fussy very impressed and will use again

The whole process for my collection was great, easy to book, affordable and seemless. Small issue with the date change, however this was understandable and was called personally to sort it.

I put my collection out the night prior, without being disturbed early all bags were taken, no fuss and woke up to an empty drive.

Unfortunately as I was not contacted on the day of collection I don’t have a name to thank personally however will be using this service again

We have used Skoup twice now, and both have been great - drivers have been helpful and the whole process has been no problem at all.

Easy to book online. On the day I received a text giving an estimated time of arrival which was accurate. The guys were friendly and professional, they loaded up the van quickly and efficiently.

Chris in Canterbury came to our rescue and collected our bins before we move out. He was thoughtful and kind and we really appreciated his help and patience as we sorted out a few items.

Fantastic Service!

The job was to be started between 12 and 7pm however Mark called about 11:40 and said he was on his way.

Mark was professional and careful of the flat interior when taking out heavy bulky items.

Would use them again.

They rearranged the day of the pick up 3 times and only let me know after 1pm each time. When they eventually did come to pick it up they only sent one man who called me at 6am to ask what he was collecting (even though if specified and sent pictures) to pick up a 7ft sideboard which I needed to be enlisted to help put it into the van even though the website states they’ll do all the lifting and send a 2 man team to jobs that need it. I’ve complained as I feel like I did half the job for them but they tell me that’s just how it is and fobbed me off with a poor apology. Do not use.

I honestly usually don't complain as I also work with the public and I understand that usually is b=very difficult. However I have Ordered a full van same day online for an emergency clearance from a business that needs to be handed over to new owners tomorrow, they took a payment straight away, and I received a confirmation of collection between 7AM-7PM and at lunch time I received an email from an advisor to just say they cant do it today and will only do it on Monday, without even calling me or offering a refund given they can't provide the servicing they are advertising, and as it was meant to be a same day collection for a reason. I have tried to call customer service less than an hour after and the offices are conveniently closed. There is also no option online to request a cancellation or refund. Really bad service!

No fuss. Came at the correct time and took away all booked items (fridge, freezer etc) and extra items to make up a half load.
Polite and quick.

The men came on time, were very polite, cleaned up well and quickly - could not have been better

Easy to arrange online. Unwanted furniture disappeared in the early morning - never saw or heard them. Efficient operation. Would have been 5 star if collection date hadn't been changed twice.
