Avoid booking. Horrendous customer service. Waited in all day nothing arrived. Advised it would be 7 days before they could get it to me. Called them and they said that actually it will come the following day which it did. However a smaller skip was delivered. I booked 2 men to clear out the garage the next day and could not go ahead with this as the skip was too small. Lost my money as I had pre booked them. I had to then chase skoup every single day for over a week to try and get the skip changed or refunded and this is still ongoing.

Amazing fast service I have used many times never disappoint

Have booked with them a few times now for a bag removal. 100% would recommend. Left it in a safe area, picked up between the times that it was booked for, confirmation emails for every step of the process and collection is possible without needing to knock on the door. If the company needs to reschedule an uplift, emails are sent as well. Prices aren’t expensive either. Perfect for customers who aren’t able to go to the skip themselves

I need some things i didn't want anymore, got it the next day and as i had forgot to add another items, (one big item and three small items) i asked if they could take them too and they went above and beyond and took them, i would highly recommed if you're looking towards getting things removed for a reasonable price along with next day removel

Don’t waste your time. We ordered a skip to be delivered and received a confirmation email. Waited in all day and nothing arrived. I called and spoke to someone who told me the company they use had no availability but no one had informed us of this.

She then said she will do what she can to get us one as soon as possible, and I advised that I needed one as we had building work starting.

The following day I had still not heard anything so chased it up and was told they would ring me with more information.
Another 24 hours passed and I’ve still not heard anything so I called yet again I was told they were still working on it!

Abysmal customer service, I have had to constantly chase them and I’m still no closer

No one seems to take ownership???

The clearance guy was very unhelpful. He only took 2 cabinets instead of the agreed 4 and refused to collect anything else, saying he wanted to leave for another job. I’m very unhappy with the service and disappointed with how this was handled.

Second time I have use skoup this time for a much bigger job and I am so pleased with the service recieved! Will ve my go to company for waste removal now. Grafters are also very polite and fast.

Used twice now, easy to book, transparent online prices, collection days only a couple of days in advance, will use again.

This is my second experience in a month as having a big clear out. Tommy and Mark were excellent. Helpful, professional and did a great job. Will use again and a great price.

They collected no fuss. Did all online and they collected at best price fuss free. I shall use them again for other rubbish disposal things

When the men arrived they were polite and friendly, they asked if I had any more to go and when I helped them load up they said thank you for helping, they were very helpful and got the job done quickly.

Ordered skip, got confirmation on the day that it's coming however nothing arrived. Next day i called in and they told me skip can arrive only after week due to breakdown?! it does sounds like I was overbooked. I wouldn't be upset if they actually call me and tell me situation, however no effort made from their part. Had to cancel and look more reliable skip company.

They just send notifications of successful collection. But my stuff was not collected yet.
