Horrible customer service
They up my price by$20 and when I called to cancel they hung up on me 3 time and I still never got it cancelled. I would never recommend this rude company to anyone. And I see why they are felling!
You cannot cancel your subscription…
You cannot cancel your subscription online, instead they make you contact a customer support rep which will spend the next 30 min trying to sell you products. This is the most predatory company I've ever dealt with. They also refuse to refund charges when disputed the same day, they say it's their policy not to give refunds, even when the charge isn't approved. DO NOT EVER GIVE THEM YOUR CC INFO!!!!
Not an honest company.
I accepted their one-year subscription offer and paid my bill through autopay for that initial term only. I never received a renewal notice or price disclosure, just an unexpected $26 charge that appeared on my credit card.
SiriusXM unilaterally renewed my subscription at a substantially higher rate without any prior notification. When I contacted customer service to request a refund for a renewal I never agreed to, I was told they have a no-refund policy, regardless of circumstances.
This is not how responsible companies handle renewals or customer consent. If you sign up, be prepared for surprise charges and zero flexibility when you try to correct them.

Continuing to give a platform to Megyn Kelly is unacceptable in light of he comments on 15 year old children in regards to the Epstein files. I certainly hope none of your executives are parents. Sirius XM has been banned from all devices in our home. Shame on you.
Sold a bill of goods.
Purchased a life time subscription for the life of three radios many years ago, now they don't want to honor there deal and the customer service, who you can't understand, got rude and told me it's no longer available and that I don't know what I'm talking about. DON'T GIVE THIS COMPANY YOU HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!
Corruption and harassment

SiriusXM, it’s hard to cancel. They don’t want you to cancel the companies a fraud. They are trying to keep you online so you can stay with the company. I try to cancel several different times this company is not worth it. I told him I can’t afford $26 But he kept going and going and going if I was gonna consider picking it up again I won’t the one guy represented the company he hung up on me so did the second guy. This is how you were on a company sad real sad.
Got ripped off
I bought a Roady BT back on Nov.5th on their website. They took the money out that day. I was supposed to have been emailed with the order number, but I never received an email. After several phone calls trying to get an order number, which they could not help me I got an installation kit delivered. It was only an installation kit, but for a different radio. I'm still getting the runner around from Sirius. I have found that SiriusXM is not a reliable to do business with. I'm glad they screw up because they also raise their monthly subscription and they never notify me of the new charges.

I would not subscribe
I was a subscriber for a three month trial. I must say over all that this is something I would not subscribe to if I had to pay. I found myself channel surfing more often than actually listening to music. I have 18 presets in my car, which I used to go from station to station. 80s on 8. Way too poppy 80s music for me. 60s gold. My go to station overall. I found the DJ Pat St John A little too talkative. I enjoyed this DJ back in the 70s and 80s when he was on New York radio. I found myself getting frustrated with his commentary when I just wanted to hear music. Ozzy's Boneyard only listen during Ozzy's demise. Once they stop playing Ozzy music I tuned away. 70s on 7. Occasionally hits from the music I grew up with. 40s Junction. Tune to more often than not just to hear music I haven't heard before. Classic Rewind. A bit disappointed on the musical selections. Was expecting album cuts. Garage. Occasionally found some indie hits that I liked. The Blend. I can recall maybe just once or twice I stayed for a song Otherwise I tuned away. Classic vinyl. Again disappointed, was expecting deep album cuts from the 70s 60s and the such. Rarely found any music to stay tuned for. Beetles. My second favorite channel. My only beef is sometimes they do not play Beatles songs rather than artists associated with the Beatles. The bridge. I can recall only stopping once on this channel. Spectrum. See the bridge. 50s Gold. 3rd favorite channel, just listening to music I haven't heard. DMB radio. Occasionally had some very good music I haven't heard. Raw Comedy. Wound up tuning to the comedy channels when no music was found which was a common occurrence. I found the comedy to be very refreshing. Lithium. Again found occasional music to listen to. Not that often. Alt nation. Found a couple of songs that I liked. Sirius XMU. Probably my 4th favorite station, love the indie music that they played. First wave. Occasionally good songs. Was my go to station for everything alternative. They play way too much Cars, Which I do not consider alternative. I never understood that. Do not care for DJ Richard Blade. Unable to tune in when he was not on most occasions. Not a fan. Again too much talking not enough music. As for Howard Stern, I would not listen due to his politics. He has AB the fans that got him there. His contract should not be renewed.
not getting the full free trial.
not happy that whenbi got a new car the free trial for 3 months started Oct 16. I just got the paper work to have it added t ok my account. but I allso just paid for the service on biv 4 so I am not getting it free at all because I don't see them offering any credit. that is not right and there not adding a free month i was to get 3 months free yet i have to start paying again on Jan 16 that's only 2 months
Deceitful and sneaky.
I had a subscription that I knew was getting ready to increase. I reached out to customer service 3 days ago to cancel. They somehow couldn’t find my account. I assumed I was wrong and it had auto cancelled. Well they must have found my account, today I woke up to the $26/month charge. When I chatted again today, there was no apology or offer to refund. I was told I can keep it for $9.99/month. Absolutely not. Not if that’s the scammy way they choose to get money.
Poor Customer Service
We have an existing account and are sent a Subscription Offer after purchasing a second vehicle.
After visiting the web link on their Offer letter and giving our credit card information, it indicated to create an account. No option to merge to an existing account!
Well, we already have an existing account and their system would not accept the credentials for that account. Makes no sense to have two usernames and passwords when doing business with the same Company.
So we were about to be billed for the second vehicle services WITHOUT having an online account. You cannot make this stuff up. This makes it more difficult to cancel and manage the services for the new vehicle.
We had to call their 800 number and go through a wait period and then hash it out with an Agent. Time consuming, to say the least.
Very frustrating experience, wasted our time and their own time, ended up cancelling their services.
Wish Starlink would offer music services to compete against this overly stale SiriusXM Company.
No competition, no effort to improve after so many years. It simply amazes me.

The service stopped working in my car…
The service stopped working in my car and on the app. But worked in my bank account. After 3 days of trying to fix it I cancelled my subscription (earlynov) and was told I would need to pay for the full month so I am paying for nothing for the month of Nov

Terrible Service
Terrible Service. Had to renew my subscription and I asked to get the same price that all my friends are paying which is $4.99/month. She said the best they could give it to me for was $10.99/month for the exact same service which makes no sense to me how they can charge different prices to different people for the exact same thing. Dealt with a lady named Maria Rodriguez who was so rude and terrible to deal with.
I literally dread communicating with these people
I would rather spend a day at the DMV than to deal with these people on the phone or online. My latest (but far from first) experience was today. I wanted to cancel service on a car I no longer drive and open an account on a new car whose free trial has ended. After three hours on-line and on the phone they cancelled service on both my cars and I still don’t have service on my new car.
Horrible Customer Service
On hold for 10 mins, tried chat even worse. My checking account is getting charged but the only way I can stop it is to stay on hold all day, I can't cancel my account.

I cancelled my subscription months ago, now suddenly I am charged $25.88. Tried to Call, Text, Chat and E-Mail---- no response. Was on Hold for 25 minutes, no response. This company is Predator.

They charged my card 24$ yesterday although my subscription was only 5$ then I cancelled the subscription that took forever bc they wouldn’t take no for an answer to wake up to another attempted charge to my card for $5 this morning. Customer service tried to say since I cancelled and the account is still active until November that’s why DUH ITS ACTIVE UNTIL NOVEMBER YOU GUYS CHARGED ME $24 yesterday! Now you want to charge me AGAIN! I had to cancel my debit card and request a new one so they would leave me tf alone and stop stealing money from me
