Excellent and professional service throughout the call. The advisor spoke clearly about the product and answered all my questions. There was no pressure from the advisor to use their service which is quite refreshing in todays competitive markets.

I received a call regarding my energy…
I received a call regarding my energy supplier and how they wanted to make sure i was on the best tariff. Very polite and friendly to chat with. Answered any questions i had and explained everything in great detail. I did not feel rushed even though it was a late evening call. Very happy customer.

Unapproved direct debit set up
The reps at the door were very friendly, but a direct debit was set up to their energy company without my agreement by the call centre, despite checking 3 times that this would not happen and that nothing would be set up until I respond with confirmation. Tried to call to cancel this, but the automated message said they aren't using call centres and I had to email. Contacted the energy provider directly to cancel. Really unhappy with the service and don't appreciate being lied to

Absolutely amazing customer service, funny and helpful.. really enjoyed our conversation and made me feel comfortable throughout the call. Made sure I knew what I was doing and what would happen next, also gave me the details to keep up to date with what’s happening! Found me the best deal saving me over £200 and informed me about the current tariff I was on wasn’t right for me at all! Extremely happy with how my call was handled and the lady is an absolute credit to the company!

pushy but efficient and helpful
Completed online form and rang me back within 2 minutes. Slightly pushy, and when rang back had to go through all the details again with the same person, even though only an 4 hrs later. That said, very clear, got the prices I wanted , and generally happy with the service. Didn't feel able to give it a day to think, but then still have 14 days cooling off. Overall - good service.
