Great job, I needed urgently to repair my broken iPad screen. The staff in the local shop were friendly and helpful and did their best to expedite the work. Well worth my recommendation.

Replaced the screen on MacBook Air M1
Had a crack on the bezel in the lower corner of my MacBook Air M1, and the screen stopped responding completely. SimplyFixIt ordered a new screen, and replaced it (within a few hours) for a fraction of the price that I would've paid in Apple. So far, everything works perfectly fine. Great service!

Paid £400 to…
Paid £400 to solve an issue with my laptop, the issue kept arising after it was “fixed” and led to them asking for more money to find what was causing the issue, have given up with them.

Thieves
Thought I’d add they’ve been unresponsive since and still have the insurance money :)
Sent an iPhone in for a simple screen replacement and diagnostic check, paid £100 and had the phone sent back only for it to be continuously powering off and on again. Simply Fix It took it back as it was under the warranty only to tell me they have found other issues they missed and that it would cost me more. I refused for them to do any more work on my phone and asked for it to be sent back. My phone never came back and is now being used by someone else in another city who has deleted almost all my data :)
So ofcourse an insurance claim would now be in place so that I can buy a new iPhone and forget about their shocking service. Hahaha NOPE. Simply Fix It then state they will be in charge of the claim, they will receive my claim money and then they will send me on a preowned refurbished iPhone to replace mine. What a joke, not only do I have to continue paying for the phone that you lost, you then take MY MONEY and send me an iPhone with less than 80% on the battery health and an illegitimate phone screen. What an absolute joke of a business.
Big thank you to Jenna and the team for losing me £1617. Would definitely recommend their service if you're looking to waste your time and cash!

Poor work
Got a screen replacement for my iPhone 11 and after under a month of it getting fixed I dropped my phone on a carpeted floor from a normal height and the screen of the phone came off. Wasn't hard contact at all whatsoever and completely came off, crap quality and even poorer customer service when confronting them too redo the work.
