I felt a need to have written instructions re: set up of the system. I was without internet for 2 days after installation because I did not know how to proceed. I am pretty sure that I will like the service once I "feel it out", but initially, I was ready to forget the whole thing and look for something else!

I like Simply Bits because … The administrative office has a real live human being who is a native-English language speaker rather than a robot. The installer came exactly when scheduled; conferred with me about the best location for the inside equipment; the outside equipment, the power source and the necessary connecting wires. He worked quickly and efficiently and left behind no mess. This is the second time I have used Simply Bits and find them far superior to every single one of my prior internet service providers.

I have been a Simply Bits customer for many years. The cable for our internet service finally succumbed to Tucson weather. Simply Bits technicians came out the same day and restored service. I regard that as excellent support and appreciate the quick repair.

I’ve used Simply Bits’ family plan for about 10 years. The wi fi cuts out quite often, but usually not for long periods. It’s just frustrating when it does. I’ve been trying to reach their billing dept so I can change payment method. It never used to be this difficult to reach them. I haven’t had to call for any reason for probably 5 years. They have an option for customer service to call you, but you can’t do much while you’re waiting so you don’t miss the call.

I called tech support, still waiting for the problem to be resolved.

I woke up yesterday morning with my internet not working. I called tech support at 8am and there was a technician (Justin) at my door within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem (my equipment was 10+ years old) and had everything up and running within another 30 minutes. I was out the door to work by 9am. And on top of it all I received a call prior to the tech coming out and after he left, from Suzette (who is wonderful!) to make sure everything was working correctly. Thank you Simply Bits!

Website makes it easy to request installation for the Mbps rate you want. Their phone rep quickly arranged it, plus called me again to resolve some odd bug-a-boos concerning my specific situation. And the installer was prompt, courteous, and careful.
