Everything works well and installation was was good. How are we to be billed?

No one could keep an appointment to install; no one would answer the phone. It's an imaginary business.

Customer service was excellent: I got almost immediate response from my inquiry.
The technician doing the installation provided fabulous service. But most of all we are delighted with the internet connection. Far superior to Century Link.

Don arrived when he said he would, helped us navigated the setup process, and shared useful FYI tidbits about our equipment, all while being cordial and professional.

Just good people. A mistake with our work order caused the antenna/router install to not happen the day it was scheduled. They said our bad and rescheduled the work. The technician is a good guy and did a clean install. We also opted to take the phone bundle package which has worked well. All in all a very good experience.

Our tech was wonderful- polite, informative and just a really nice guy.
Plus already we see a big improvement in our service!

Knowledgeable, tidy and efficient installation.

My order for new wireless service was taken and installation scheduled. The technician determined that my location could not be served, although order entry said it was eligible. 5 for a knowledgable and helpful technician. 0 for the website and order entry.

Professional and easy installation and service was up and running easier than any other ISP I've ever had. The tech walked me through getting things set up and the control app is remarkably well put together.

It’s a scan. Don’t do it

Horrible customer service! Requested to have my services moved to my new home, something simple one would think. The technician removed the equipment from the original home and never heard back from anyone, no one showed up to install. When I called I was told I had to cancel my service and start a new service which was more expensive. Typically I was told someone would call me back, and they did two days later. This went on for 2 weeks! Needless to say I’ve moved on and use a competitor as my service provider. But I will never recommend Simply Bits to anyone. Completely dissatisfied and disappointed.

The service was good the monthly cost is a little high but every thing works good .I wish they had discounts for seniors with fixed income thank you

Excellent customer service

My installer went to great lengths to obtain a signal and remove my old DISH so that I could dispose of it. He was very helpful with getting me through the paperwork. Thank you, SimplyBits.
