The man ( Donny) who installed the apparatus was without exception...professional,completely knowledgeable and easy going. My internet service has been excellent since installation of of Simply Bits.

The technician that came to do our install was very friendly and knowledgeable! Great prices and great service!

So far so good. 2 or 3 times late at night the service went down for a bit, but always comes back up.
Other than that, it's been great!

The installer, Don, did a great job installing the unit and gave me directions on how to use it once I find a wifi adapter to be able to use it.

Simply Bits, and our rep Suzanne, in addition to being prompt, courteous and helpful, is able to troubleshoot issues before we even know there is a problem! They are an asset to any small business, we can not recommend them enough!

I have a different dish on my roof than anyone else here has in the park from your company. The man that installed it said that’s all he has . He’s trying to get the best signal for me. Well it’s nit the best because my tv in the main room cones and goes . My computer cones and goes in my office. I was told I would have great Wi-Fi here . Well it’s not . I’m going to call Monday and ask for them to come out and check mine . It’s not in the best spot or the right product. Please help . The man did his best for being on call and coming three hours then schedul .

Signed up online two weeks ago. I have had no contact from anyone at Simply Bits. I have no idea if they even got my order.

Amazing above-and-beyond effort by Suzette Masters and her technical team to help repair a problem over the weekend. It was an initial setup issue that shut down service Friday evening. It wasn't supposed to be able to be repaired until Monday but thankfully Suzette (and I'm sure others) made it happen anyway!!!
