Simon Says Stamp Anmeldelser 

Products are good. Shipping is extremely slow. Prices are higher than some other places. Usually MSRP. I hate ordering from them but I still get sucked in occasionally.

I'm waiting on two orders from Simon Says Stamps. Today is March 29, one was ordered March 9, the other March 14. I order from this company a fair amount, and processing ALWAYS takes a long time.I understand they wait till the order is complete to ship it all, but even when an item is on reserve (and scheduled to ship 3/25)...still no progress, and not a word from them about the order. I get updates from other companies if an order is delayed. They are too big for their britches. This will cost customers them in the long run.

I tried to no avail to leave a review on Google through Google Ads and it would NOT let me. Nor could I leave a review ANYWHERE on the Simon Says Stamp website. But here goes....over 6 days ago I ordered almost $300 worth of items I needed for my business. Well 4 days go by and I have yet to see any updates on the website about my order. So I email the company and well I got a vague "We shipped your order today" response. So I click the "tracking number" provided and its not found in the system! So I checked the actual USPS website because that is who is supposed to be shipped through and NOTHING there either! So I email back within 10 mins after finally gettting a reply from customer service about my order and have YET to get a reply. Its now day 6! I still have not gotten my stuff nor have any tracking info been updated! This was my FIRST time ordering from this company. I went to this company based on the opinions of some BIG names in the industry! Well Im upset disappointed, without $300 worth of items and bad customer service! Let's just say that this company has left me with a bad taste in my mouth! All other companies I have ordered from like 4 days after ordering from Simon has already been delivered or will be here tomorrow! I am NOT happy with anything about this company and will NOT ever be ordering again no matter what! They haven't even tried to make things right or anything! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Too much of a gamble with your money!

I pre-ordered some products,,,stated they would be in on the 20th,,then 27,,,and now its they made it the 4th of the next month? Other companies have had these products in stock for a week. I`d bet they need so many pre -orders so they can get the discount. I am not happy and will never shop here again. Going to file for refund,,,paid with PP. On another note,,,shipping with this company (even when in stock) is very slow,,,apprx 2 weeks from start to delivery. Anyone who says anything nice about this company probably works or knows the owner..Sham deal in my opiinion.

I recently ordered a SSS die called Merry and Bright to go with a previously purchased stamp set of the same name. Much to my surprise, the die was completely different from the stamp, although it was called the same name. I looked online at SSS and, sure enough, they have two different stamp sets by the same name, both made by SSS. When I contacted them, they basically shrugged and suggested I buy the stamp set that goes with the die (that doesn't go with my Merry and Bright die!) No apologies, and certainly no concessions to a loyal customer. Maddening....

Purchased Nov 17th, today is Nov 30tb, Order is still “processing “ no response to emails (3 of them) and phone calls (3 of them) terrible customer service. I can just go to Amazon and get it directly and cheaper too. I would be carefully if you decide to purchase anything with this company. I buy alot of things online with different companies, never have any issue so this is very different for me to experience. Very under impressed and disappointed with the company. Hope I get my money back!

Placed an order on Monday knowing the Black Friday sales were days away but I thought it was worth it to have the products in hand so I could start creating. Little did I know Simon Says wouldn't ship my order until 6 days after the order was placed! Early Wednesday morning they responded to my email when I asked why my order was still in a pending status – they told me they never ship until the 3rd day after an order is placed. Who does this? Funny, this was not disclosed anywhere on the site or after my purchased was made. If I had read and/or known this then I would have waited for the Thanksgiving sales. Common Sense. When their Black Friday 15% off + Free Gift sales came into my email you can imagine my anger – I wrote them again wondering why they still hadn't shipped my order. I was ready to cancel everything but expected them to give the discounts to save the order. NOPE! Their response? It all just shipped. Really? My tracking info finally came two days later proving they lied once again because they only printed my shipping label that Friday. So yeah, I could have and should have cancelled everything but had no idea. Nothing shipped until Sunday. While I won't be returning anything once it arrives, I wrote them back to tell them this was my first and last time ordering from them.

UPDATE: I received my order exactly one week after I placed it. Nothing damaged though it came in an envelope. Shipping costs should have covered a box but they went cheap and didn't respond with respectful customer service or any Black Friday specials to try and make up for the last minute shipping. As many have written, I really wanted and expected to LOVE them but I am sad to say they cater to a select promoting few. Not good business. I have found professional companies that carry the same products who I am happy to give my time, money and marketing to.

Ordered November 14, 2018 and it still says processing. Now I remember why I never order from there. It’s November 21st and no update on order but I getting of emails about products they have. Smh

ordered many many times and never once have had a problem (even with a over 500$ order) prices are a touch higher but the shipping makes it equal out (especially to me in canada). Often there are items that are cheaper on here than on the manufacurers website so thats always good also. Pretty fast turnaround time and they ship orders pretty quick.

My honest impression is that SSS is overpriced on the one hand and very cheap and stingy on the other hand. Their customer service is terrible and shows no respect for the customer. They charge A LOT for international shipping but are too cheap to provide a decent shipping method with a tracking number. When I finally got my expensive package after a long wait, it was poorly wrapped with no logo or any identification of the sender on the envelope (envelope! not a box!) and there was no invoice or printed summary of my order inside the envelope. They didn't even bother to write my phone number on the envelope which probaly caused an unnecessary delay.
This was my WORST online shopping experience EVER and I will NEVER shop there again.
My honest recommandation is to shop at scrapbook.com and blitsy.com. Both have better prices, lower shipping fees, incredibly fast shippping time, very good interface and excellent and friendly customer service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I made a mistake and placed an order twice so I immediately called to cancel one and they answered me the next day and said that my order had been shipped and it was to late to cancel, now I would have to return it and loose the shipping amount so I disputed this through paypal and they returned all my money. So SIMON SAYS STAMP cancelled my other order too, because they got mad!

AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL!
Awful customer service - I have tried to contact their customer service to question the status of an order. They did not ever answer the email I sent so I called them by phone and I couldn’t believe the nasty attitude I talked to on the phone. Her tone was short and cutting and I was told that I needed to give them time cause “we’re not across town, you know” I was stunned! I could not believe the rudeness and unprofessionalism! This is not my first bad experience with SSS, it’s a consistent behavior from SSS customer service!
Awful shipping - SSS has a long history of orders taking an unacceptable amount of time. I have never received an order in less then 2 weeks after I placed my order. Last fall, I got the excuse that they had just upgraded their warehousing software and they were experiencing some growing pains. That was just an excuse in my opinion because nothing has changed. I can place an order from other craft shops and get my order shipped within a day. I have spent thousands of dollars in the past from SSS. They’ve officially lost my business! They do have some really cute unique items, but defiantly not worth the hassle of dealing with this unprofessional company! Makes me wonder if SSS is even reading these reviews.
I have quit following the bloggers that advertise for SSS. I don’t have any respect for them either. Eventually, SSS will lose enough customers that it will affect their profits, until then maybe they’ll take it serious and make some changes. I won’t hold my breath!
If you’re new to SSS, save yourself the headache, there are lot of other on-line craft shops that would appreciate your business!

There are already enough one star reviews covering all the issues this company has for me to reiterate them all. I just want to point out that the reviews are generally pretty bad until a sudden burst of high praise on June 6th and 7th 2018 that, conveniently, speak glowingly about some (or all) of the points 98% of everyone else has spoken about with disgust or anger. These few five star reviews make the rating percentage look a tiny bit better, but who are they really kidding? The company obviously doesn't care enough to address its shortcomings with honesty and humility, and thinks the answer to its many problems isn't to actually fix anything, but is to ask a few friends to give them a few good reviews. Seriously SSS? You really do think we're all stupid. You'll see how stupid we all are when the only customers you have left are the big names who don't pay for their products, while the rest of us order from companies who operate with honesty and professionalism. I would have given only one star, but the owner is pretty good about joining in on fundraising and other service projects, which is worth something.

I have been ordering from Simon Says Stamp for many years now, and to two different continents and I have only had good experiences. The shop has an amazing variety or products, not only for cardmaking, but also for other paper crafts and for mixed media work. I can almost always find what I am looking for. The exclusive products are also really great and very versatile. The parcels are well packed and I never had any damages, even though my parcels travel far. There are also never any missing products. In all the years, I have never had a single missing or wrong item, so they clearly take great care when packing the orders. The shipping is fast and I usually receive my parcels within ten days, and since I am an international customer, I think that is in perfect order. I use the tracking number to see where my parcel is, so that I know when to expect it. I have fun every time I order at Simon Says Stamp, and always have a hard time narrowing down my big wish list, because of the great variety of products in the store.

I recently placed my first order with Simons Says Stamp. My order was shown as shipped within a few hours and I was surprised by the speed when it arrived with me in the UK after just a few days. I am very pleased with the quality and price of my items. Simon Says Stamp has all of my current craft making requirements at a competitive price and often beats other places I've looked. I've got a big wishlist and I will be placing another order very soon.

Bravo to SSS for excellent service always happy & curtious nothing is to much trouble to help customers, & shipping from US to UK has always been speedy no problems..to the point I have had crafty goods delivered quicker then a UK company.. great selection of everything I need long may you continue to serve my needs.Many thanks from a UK satisfied customer.

I can only speak very highly of Simon Says Stamp having shopped with them practically every month for many years now!
As an international customer I usually receive my orders between 5 - 14 days after ordering every time which I personally think is excellent service. I have never had any problems at all with receiving orders & have received great customer service when I have inquired about products etc.
SSS often run promotions / offers and at these times it may take slightly longer to process orders which I imagine would be due to a much higher volume of orders being placed as this happens with most, if not all online stores!
I love the exclusive products available & that there is such a huge range of products that SSS carries all available in one place, for one shipping fee! I have read other reviews saying that SSS doesn't give free shipping and I would imagine that from a business point of view it could severely harm a business to offer free shipping & as a regular customer I would rather pay the shipping myself than see another great online craft store go out of business like so many others sadly have.

I highly recommend Simon Says Stamp to crafters. They carry a wonderful selection of products, from basic crafting to art supplies, and I have used them reliably for a number of years. They carry many of the newest products and always indicate if there is a wait time on the new releases. Customer service was very helpful when I had a question about my order. I really like how they often include sample ideas for the product to give inspiration. Also, they frequently have sales, often on the most popular items. I recommend them to friends who are looking for crafting supplies all the time!

I live in the UK and buy mainly Tim Holtz products that I cannot get over here. Their customer service is excellent and I usually receive my goods within 5-6 days. Thank you Simon Says!

I LOVE the huge selection of products available and the amazing and professional customer service team! I was torn between 2 stamp sets and the descriptions of each were very helpful for me when deciding. My package arrived safely and was very clearly packed with care! I will absolutely shop at Simon Says Stamp again!
