I was planing to buy item from the worth 2500 pounds but I was like because I try a small order first. I bought the first order for 382 pounds, on the website it says that VAT is included. When invoicing, they gave me the price including VAT and in the VAT section they put 0 and now I have received a letter from the DHL worker saying that I have to pay VAT. Very disappointed with this practice, I did not expect a company that promotes itself so much to do something like this. You can see below how it specifies VAT included

Always loved shelly devices and a lot of them have been working great! I ordered a Shelly I4 which did have some problems, after telling the support i got a replacement coupon within 1 day. This is exactly how support should be done, thanks Sofia!

Appealing experience returning a defective device. Took 2 months and dozens of questions, and failed to pay postage costs

I made and paid an order almost 4 weeks ago including 27,17$ for expedition to Paraguay. Except the mails confirming the order and the payment, I have absolutely no news, no tracking number. They don't answer my emails.

Katastrophaler Kundenservice- defekte Geräte werden nicht ausgetauscht bzw erst nach einbeziehen von Paypal - dann muss man auch noch den Rückversand zahlen - somit kommt man teurer als das was man retour bekommt. Kauft nichts direkt sondern über Amazon - da hat man Rückgaberecht und einen soliden Kundenservice.

Ich habe in mehreren Haushalten inzwischen ca 50 Shelly-Geräte, die allesamt gut funktionieren und einfach einzubinden sind. Ein Lob für euer offenes System, das kompatibel ist zu Home Assistant und anderen Standards.

ABER: Für Teilnahmen an Produkt-Umfragen von Shelly selbst und für die vielen Einkäufe habe ich „VIP-Status“, was auch immer das heißt bei Shelly. Als VIP bekomme ich Gutscheincodes, die sich bisher alle nicht bei Bestellungen verwenden ließen. Als ob das nicht schon ärgerlich wäre, wenn bestimmte Artikel vom Gutschein ausgeschlossen sind: Selbst wenn man auf die Ausschlüsse achtet und Artikel im Warenkorb hat, die nicht ausgeschlossen sind, funktioniert der Gutscheincode trotzdem nicht. Maximal nervig, Es ist unmöglich, eine Support-Mailadresse von Shelly zu bekommen. Beim Supportformular ist die Bestellnummer ein Pflichtfeld. Sehr nützlich, wenn man noch gar nicht bestellen konnte, weil der Gutscheincode nicht akzeptiert wird. Was soll das, Shelly? Das nervt unglaublich! Warum macht ihr es so schwer euch bei Problemen zu kontaktieren?

One of the devices I ordered recently arrived dead on arrival. I contacted Shelly customer support and was impressed by their quick response — they replied within 2 hours and resolved the issue within two days. Excellent service.

I’ve been using several Shelly devices for about 5 years. Only one RGB smart bulb has developed an issue: it still lights up but can’t connect to WiFi and doesn’t reset anymore. The other three bulbs continue to work without any problems.

Overall, I’m satisfied with both the product quality and the support experience.

Odd devices can have issues, but the support is great and will exchange the devices if needed.

Купил Shelly pro 3EM, и после установки разочаровался, так как элементарные нужные функции спрятаны за платной подпиской. Я не для того покупал за большие деньги это устройство что-бы потом ещё годами вам платить за элементарные функции которые должны были быть по умолчанию. Жадность производителя зашкаливает.

Ik heb contact genomen met de supportlijn owv problemen met het verbinden van de shelly app met mijn netwerk.
De medewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk en hadden ook een zeer technische bagage om vragen te stellen en oplossingen aan te bieden.
Na het vaststellen van het probleem was het 'niet' de shelly app welk problemen gaf maar werd de shelly app overruled door de programmatie welke in home assistant is gedaan.

Ordered Shelly iitems on 27th March, and recevied on 1st April. Also i made one cancelation of order, cause forgot to use discount coupon for 10%. And Shelly was really on timeand refund me in two days on credit card.

The products are a bit pricey at first, but they work great, with lots of options and integration.
The customer service when having an technicial issue is really quick with responding, even in the weekends. And my issue was resolved with only 2 mails required to explain the problem.
