It's a great tool for monitoring & analysis - let down massively by the fund prices being almost permanently 12-18 hours behind. Want to see how your funds have performed today? No problem - that'll be in order by lunchtime tomorrow! .......

Excellent portfolio management, mostly automatic with good flexibility in reports that can later be modified if required. Portfolio number limitations reduces flexibility a little, and cost is a factor.

Answered all my needs on stock-market reporting with updates pending after making personal suggestions, great personal support online and very helpful with lodging tax and saving accounting fees.
Recommend highly.

I have been using Snowball Analytics but would like to switch to Sharesight. Unfortunately the Sharesight platform does not allow me to upload my positions from my bank SoFi. I don't understand why because Snowball, Fidelity etc all work with them on downloads. Uploading everything manually isn't a good option for me. Any chance there's an update on working with SoFi?

I used the exposure report to understand my overlaps in ETFs. I realised that I had 2 ETFs with almost the same exposures but one of them had higher fees. I ended up winding down that ETF as the other one gave me all the right exposures at a lower management fees.

Not fit for purpose for UK investors. You will not make your life any easier and be able to manage your tax obligations with this subscription. Better off with a simple excel spreadsheet ! I had really high hopes for this but with only support over chat and I assume email with time being the most precious resource one can possess,I am not going to waste any more than the minimum amount of time to get to know a situation so after a small to and fro realising the situation, I cancelled my subscription.

The product is really good and invaluable to keep track of the portfolio performance. I haven't found much of compare tbh. Service desk is very responsive and fantastic and I really appreciate that!
The company made a very sensible decision of getting rid of the mobile app and focussing on the web and I commend them for that.
Things you could do better - some of the vendor transaction emails are now not supported I believe as they are sending transactions in PDF - please see what can be done about it.

When I try to access my secondary A/C in my wife's name the system puts my shares into the mix making it unsuitable for tax reporting purposes, probably I need to access it differently but repeated attempts only frustrate me!

Sharesight such a good app to manage a share portfolio. Was using spreadsheets for decades and wish I had known about Sharesight well before now. l Absolutely recommend.

Whatever you do, avoid this service. Incapable of syncing with trading account - and virtually no support service.

Roshan provided a first-class service - I was helped with a complex issue for me and was provided detailed advice in full and very quickly. Roshan ended up taking my spreadsheet and fixing the issue for me regarding dates and timing - this was so helpful

It takes days for someone to get back to me. All I want is someone to explain to me why my portfolio isn't updating. I've followed their recommendations. Regret spending the $300 odd on the subscription

the initial experience trying to use the platform was daunting but Gihan from ShareSight was super helpful and patient. If it were not for his help, I would have remained skeptical about how useful ShareSight is as tool to manage and monitor my portfolio performance. After the help I received from Gihan, i feel a lot more confident about using ShareSight as my primary portfolio monitoring and reporting tool

Sharesight has been great to provide clear visibility over my portfolio. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. On the odd occasions I’ve needed assistance, the customer support team (particularly Gihan) have been fantastic. They support is responsive, knowledgeable, and always able to resolve any issues.

Edit: Finally connected with Gihan who was super-helpful (although only through emails which is very slow). After several weeks, we identified problems were caused at the broker end and resolved when CMC Markets fixed their connections. Not Sharesight's fault. Upgraded my review to 3 stars due solely to Gihan's diligent support. Thank you Gihan, Sharesight is lucky to have you!

OP: Paid for upgraded account which broke the connections to my broker. BOT chat is unresponsive and transfer to human communication is via email only. broker connection issues taking many check up logins and hours/days to fix.

Easy to use website - far prefer looking on here than the brokerage apps.
