Friendly staff.
A bit frustrated at the poor communication regarding car details and handover.
Deposit paid and then two days after we had the car, the deposit was refunded somehow and an email asking us to resend the deposit.
Happy with my car.

Have used them for a while now and always been fab. Staff are always friendly and helpful customer service is very good had a slight problem with car recently which was sorted under warranty quickly and easily

Car service and MOT.

No work required on car and MOT passed.
Feedback in terms of video of under car inspection not provided as had been in previous years.

Had booked a loan car but was informed none available thirty minutes before the appointment. Fortunately I did not need to use a car on the day but that was luck rather than expected.

It was a pleasure having Keeley Young look after me in such desperate times when my car died on me. Keeley was very good and thorough throughout the process. I managed to test drive several cars and purchased one within 3 days picking it up the following week. If it wasn’t for Keeley being so accessible and productive this would not have happened. I lost faith with SG Petch a few years back after a stressful time with my last car and the poor job by the service team. But Keeley has restored that faith and I am now happily driving around in my new Kia 😁

Ricky the salesman was polite knowledgeable patient , and was not pushy in any way , making the sales process stress free , a real credit to his team , the car on offer was also a used quality vehicle giving me every faith , for it's use today and in the future all in all a 10/ 10 service .

Purchased a car in April 2026, 2nd hand costing 20k. After 4 months, a car health check revealed 3 tyres needed replacing, the air con needed a service and the stop/start function didn't work. 2 tyres were found to have nails in, the 3rd was on the verge of needed renewing. I vehemently dispute that these nails were in the tyres at point of purchase, I had to inflate only a week after purchase, and at that point I hadn't had the car from the drive, lots of toing and froing. 4 journeys, each of 75 mile round trips. Eventually they decided to replace the car battery to fix the stop/start function. was told the air con was a standard advisory. As for the tyres, no recompense at all. I bought and had 4 brand new tyres fitted, the full cost of a circa £650. I emailed the Sales manager, who did not reply to my email. I have a voucher for a free MOT next year, but doubt I will use this garage again.

Beyond awful

Sold me 2023 Mazda 3 without a locking wheel nut key, which left me seriously out of pocket when I went to get new tyres fitted.

They refused to take responsibility and cover the additional costs I had to pay out because of their incompetence.

I did and was offered and refused a desultory £60 goodwill gesture. That doesn't come close to direct costs I incurred from me being sold a car without a locking wheel nut key. Or the hours lost dealing with it.

Very happy with the service provided by Tegan and her colleagues. Initial sale, handover and follow up were all good.

Excellent service . Catherine dealt with us from the begining and kept us informed and answered all our questions . Absolutely no pressure and a very friendly approach . Our car was delivered even though some distance away by Catherine herself and Jordan . Couldn't fault the service 5 *well deserved .

Yearly Service and MOT. Only reason for a 4 rating is they didn’t call to say it was ready. I found out through a new system of an email for payment so I had to ring up. Would have appreciated being told about this when I checked my car in.
